Two packages I got today:
1. Rising Phoenix' Attars and Oils (JK)
2. Tibetan Musk ;):praying: ( From a trustworthy guy other than Faheem): I will write about Tibetan Musk after receiving Tibetan Musk grains dispatched by Faheem that will reach me within a week. It is really thrilling to compare Tibetan Musk acquired from two sources. Later, I will write about Kashmiri, Siberian and Tibetan Musks.

I wore from the package that has attars and oils from JK.

Sheikh Khalifa Attar: Rose is the nucleus, but not just pure rose aroma, rather saffron-y rose. I mean Rose and Saffron have blended well, and the feel is so soothing. Here comes Oud, and the aroma gets Rose-oudy. Canvas is oud, and the painting is 'saffron-y Rose'. Mysore Sandal is so meek and mild. Rose and Saffron have subdued Sandal.

Well, the first wave of aroma tells the attar is Arabesque. Rose appears to be high class Bulgarian Otto, but that actually is Taifi. I am deceived here. But Saffron is interesting. Hindi Oud is used in this attar, which is light but very consistent.

JK's skill is evident from the blends and attars. He knows ingredients, and has mastery of blending them artisan-ally. Impressive!

@ respected MzM, I wish I could.
Till today, I have one year old macerations. Kashmiri Musk and Sandal and Ouds. But in less amount. If I had planned to offer, I would have macerated more.

Oud vibrations
The absurdly powerful Agar Musk Black Attar by Agarscentsbazaar aka Ambressence aka Sharif LaRoche. If you've ever had a dream of being smothered under a container-load of musk incense, this is what that dream smells like. It is so strong that 10 drops diluted in 10ml of NGS makes a fairly assertive eau de parfum.
