I have been going thru a lot of samples these past few weeks and liked quite a few but EO Assam Organic stood out to me,this is really my type of oud and is next on my to buy list.

Just a few months ago, I never thought I'd add wood to my list of products to purchase. For me, it was only oil, all the time! And then JDHawk sent me some wood and encouraged me to get an electric burner... and now I'm crazy about heating wood! :) So, next on my list of things to acquire is some more Wild Thai Crassna from Rising Phoenix. I got a sample piece with my last order, and it is glorious! Plus, JDHawk has a beautiful piece of Vietnamese wood on Ebay that I would love to own! 20 grams, kinda reddish and shiny, so beautiful!

Taha mentioned in an email that he'll soon be releasing a Malaysian comparable to Kemewahan and Pencerahan (plus one more of those heavy-hitting oils, don't recall which off hand). It will be at the top of my list!

I am going for the feel-oud sampler as well as the rising pheonix 5 pack sampler.

I intend to try as many Ouds as humanly possible before the year is over to get an education and enjoy as many colours of the spectrum as possible.

Good choices Robert. Both vendors have some great stuff.
