With most of the granules, once you reach a higher heat there’s a considerable change in the aroma.
On low to medium heat you get the good stuff, the aroma on high is not bad, but it seems harsh.

I put two tiny slivers in my mouth and had a nice numbing.
OK I'm chewing on a bit of green ck and indeed it does have a numbing, spicey like bitter pepper. Interesting, never triede that before. Burning a piece of CK with a cut of Pontianak from KZ.
