Just getting my respiratory system back to something near healthy, starting with KZ’s Sasora

Devadaru from Craft Incense. This is Vietnamese agarwood with cedar, frankincense and ambergris. One of my favourite sticks, I really hope he makes something like this again. Perfect with some 90s sheng puerh and Indian raga music!

Black Dhofari frankincense from Oman (boswellia sacra), heated gently on ceramic. Very fresh and dark at the same time, like coniferous tree sap.

Ahhhhhh, the scent of burning wood and spices…..something primal about it.

how is it comparing to enju,seiran,kokoh,en no sho and shokaku?
i remember KZ saying its not pure kyara smell as others.

I took powdered Mysore, added my saffron tincture and a touch of Omani luban.

The Tokusen Kyara Tenpyo is mainly a spicy stick, but not too spicy, and it doesn’t have the kinamic edge of those other sticks (from green oil kyara), but rather, there’s a touch of a rounded sweet kyara…some say black kyara. I enjoy the blend very much.

Government Mysore Sandal Agarbatti sticks. Surprisingly natural smell, wasnt expecting this quality at all.
