Oud Beginner
Hello everyone,
I’m looking for some recommendations. I’m searching for an oud oil that shares a similar profile to Shirobato 2024 by Oudique but with more longevity.
To describe what I love about it: it smells precisely like a gentle, low-heat oud wood chip being slowly warmed on an electric burner. It smells extremely creamy, balsamic (not vanilla like but close) and woody of course. It has no barnyard opening.
However, on my skin, it tends to stay very close (low projection) and fades away quite quickly. I’m hoping to find something with a similar profile but with a bit more longevity or presence, if such a oud exists.
