I ended up getting a kinam bracelet lol. Yeah it was a nice box. The incense was amazing.
That's awesome! I really wanted to score one!

I broke down and had to buy a green kynam bracelet. Will make sure and review it when it gets here, 26th. Nineregions wood art & collectibles store. Never bought from them so a blind purchase, fingers crossed.

I’ve wondered if they actually have an aroma at room temperature? Or are they just for collecting because they are made from agarwood? Or are they just to wear for looks? I have not yet experienced this aspect of the oud/aromatic journey yet, so I am curious.
I believe most bracelets have very little scent contrary to advertising.
Unless you wish to spend vast vast amounts of money on highly graded kinam bracelet.
Some if stored in a glass jar can retain a close scent. I have rubbed some Oudh into one and it produces a really nice scent that I can wear. So for me.....I infuse them with some of my collection.
Works for me @Josephdavid ....🤷😇

Thank you for sharing @DubOudh I may need to look into getting one of these. They look pretty cool.

I have some Aetoxylon bracelets, some call it Crocodile Agarwood because they were dug up from swamps. Not much aroma, but they are heavy, full of resin, and have interesting patterns. Some have a nice polish and are chatoyant. I wear them just for fun, knowing that if they were the real thing they would cost $$$$😋

I'm upset by this idea and disagree because about 2 years ago I bought a bracelet and a few grams of the same (evidently not) material to use for incense from the same seller. Now 2 years on, having NEVER used either, I revisited them recently. And found only the bracelet had deteriorated and had zero scent unless you count must. Or musty dust. They were stored together in same glass bottle and put in storage. The 3 grams of woods were still lovely at room temperature, the beads were not.

I think we might consider a section just for the beads..

I have a pen made from Agarwood as well which had an original nice scent to it but it faded after a while, which may be because it was rubbed with Oudh before shipping. I do this on occasion as it adds a delicious scent for quite some time. I do not have an extensive collection but unless it is an exceptional piece, I don't think they are room aromatic for very long.
