that's a joke actually those are scientists from Polaroid with the various chemicals tested in the development of self developing film! The only correct piece of information was the year it was taken!

My father was hospitalized on Saturday (in this case a good thing, him finally accepting a little more treatment for growing fatigue and age related issues) and I have a whole lot to arrange over the next couple of weeks with regards to his care and rehab / transition back to his home. So going to NYC is out of the question. It would've been a real treat to smell the samples, visit with the vendors, share some samples and specimens from my collection and extractions with other enthusiasts, etc.. I was in a similar situation last year for slightly different reasons (it coincided with the day I was helping my daughter move to her new school in preparation for spring semester) and I was 100% sure I would make it for 2026 - this is the second time in my life one of these gatherings has been in a convenient location for me and if you'd asked me 10 years ago if I would've missed them I would've scoffed at the thought.

As always, if you are willing please share your thoughts, photos of the set up, and (to whatever degree people are comfortable), the crowd and the different artisans themselves (if you have a chance) so we can experience it here vicariously. Definitely think it would be a good idea to take some of those photos and push them out there on social media maybe create a thread about it here just to help make this a little bit more real for people who can't get there.

Sorry to hear @Mr.P. I hope things get better.

We may have to stop ticket sales soon as we are getting to full capacity for the venue. Anyone without a ticket will not be admitted on the day.
