Yes @SteveE its great. It didn't cost an arm and a leg either, I shop around for prices. Leaves more budject for Agarwood chips! There's what mine looks like right now.

It came with 10 mica plates and tweezers. Very thoughtful of @OmbréAroma .

do you think i would have a problem removing the mica and placing a different type of stone? would you be able to tweek it if i was to send you the flat crystal i would want to replace it with?

Unfortunately part of our purchase guidelines which can be accessed on our thread overview is that tampering with the subitism heater is not allowed at all due to safety concerns both electrically and fire hazard wise. As for heating with a stone, in our expertise Mica is the best heat conductor and nothing has come close to beating it so far, it is also the safest due to how fast it cools down when the heating component is turned off. Using stone or some type of rock material would be a hassle and in our experience not have much better of an outcome efficiency wise. Please let us know what you think?

Looks amazing Joe, however one note that comes up which is for everyone that has a subitism heater is that it would be better to not keep the metal tweezers inside the box and/or near the heating compartment for too long and this is because the heat radiates so much that it will transfer over the heat to the metal tweezers and if you touch it you risk burning yourself. Of course this had been accidentally found out by ourselves as well so it definitely does hurt and leaves a burn. So for maximum safety it would be good to keep all external things along with the tweezers outside the box while it is on in order to avoid any possibility of harm as we have the utmost care for our honorable customers. Hence out of precaution we recommend not touching the heater while it is on an plugged and one should wait for it to be completely cooled down and unplugged before touching it for cleaning or any other reason as is in our safety guidelines shipped with every order. We value your safety as it is our number one priority, and we hope this helps. Thank you again,
