I spent time on the internet researching about Oudh Proust. But the amount of information and experience in this one community is second to none out there. This site really is Heaven Scent!

So I am now waiting on the Ensar Oud legends sample vials which are due next Monday.....
Plus I also have a parcel of real goodies coming to me hopefully tomorrow from MoodMusk. I really am excited about this one....as it has some special Musk/Mysore maceration and Ambergris and a whole load of other goodies....

MoodMusk pack sounds so fun! The oud sampler and legends sampler from Ensar were my two earliest pure oud purchases and I've still got a couple drops of each of them left two years later(with the exception of Aroha Kush, which I could never seem to smell anything out of the sample). The Legends Sampler looks like its been updated with some great stuff now. Can't wait to hear what you like from it!

Considering I initially did not like the barnyard scent but now find it one of my favorites scents.....I would imagine I will like all of them...but yes they have updated the legends indeed....some big hitters in it now....

Received my Al Hashimi woods before my burner got here! And that’s after US Customs took the box apart and repackaged it(does that happen a lot with Oud? I could imagine customs people wondering what the hell it is).
10g of the Brunei is bigger than I expected. Fragrant in the bag. Beautiful resonated pieces as well as generous gifts of Saffron and Frankincense(I didn’t even know you could heat saffron on a burner). I’m excited.
Thanks Al Hashimi!

The package with the wood sounds great. Similar to me...I had wood but no burner. So I rigged a make do burner involving a small candle silver foil and a little holder above the candle. The smell was beautiful. Customs tend to do that a lot over here coming into Ireland as well..

DHL are excellent. Due to arrive from Amman on Monday...arrived today, having been posted by Adam on Saturday... I have some wonderful scent drifting to my nose when I was opening the package...so much, I though there must be a leak.. NO LEAK. Just wonderful Oudh... And I am off work tomorrow..
White Kinam and Thai Tabac as extra.

So got my parcel from Ish of RBO this morning. I had to recheck what I had ordered, as this brother just has no bounds on his generosity... I actually ordered the 5 bottles in the picture...the rest is generosity from Ish...I did a review of the Bangladesh Vetiver already. Superb

Kambodi No 1 sample due to land today. This is my first time trying/buying oriscent. Let's hope it doesn't become an (expensive) addiction 😀
