tbh i didn't like the KZ golden triangle red soil too, its not profile i enjoy and in general i bought it for reference;3
real fusen red soil destroy it actually its almost madness trying to compare the two lol =/

EO Royal Baram! now this gorgeous wood, minty to throat and sweet vanilla "smells malinau/tarakan"

It’s alright, you might like it. They’re not bad……but to me they’re not “premium” as advertised. Some pieces still have the pen markings that the Bead Makers used to guide the cut. Also, for comparison, I use a high standard🤪

Fair enough. I was hoping that they'd serve as a good benchmark. Guess that may not happen 😅

I think the wood is a good quality at the price offered, nothing spectacular but I didn't expect it for $12-$15g. Now the Golden Triangle was much costlier and there I am let down a bit but still a good aromatic experience not having any other examples of the region.

Various shin kyara on the electric heater scenting the new home. Such an appealing fragrance… not the most sophisticated wood in my collection but so consistently pleasing and long lasting on low heat.
