With most of the granules, once you reach a higher heat there’s a considerable change in the aroma.
On low to medium heat you get the good stuff, the aroma on high is not bad, but it seems harsh.

Brunei-ish aroma.
It has occurred to me that most
of these cut and square cut pieces
are probably from bead grade chunks,
but instead of being formed into beads
they are chopped for heating instead😊
So instead of bead scraps,
I be heating the beads😁

OK I'm chewing on a bit of green ck and indeed it does have a numbing, spicey like bitter pepper. Interesting, never triede that before. Burning a piece of CK with a cut of Pontianak from KZ.
