Burn of the Day

[Oudamberlove]

is that from years ago? I've got some Habz Hindi that I think was offered as an oud sampler sets - some of the first woods I'd bought, late 2018 maybe

Yes, from several years ago.

For today
Nippon Kodo Borneo
This time I’m getting a Malinau profile❤️

[EJayB]

SQ sinking shavings (Jaya)
Love this wood soooo much
IT’s ground up chips not really shavings
Wish I could grab the whole kg ( only way they will sell it to me) but that’s a bit much for my personal stash budget ☹️
Sorry wrong space for this post🤦🏻‍♂️

[The Scent Guru]

Morning burn, prehistoric Fili soil wood.

prehistoric?!

Just put a bit of Sinking Silani from Yusa Aromatics. Look how little I'm using, and I have *SO* much wood.
I should tally it, but I'd guess about ...hmmm, 300-400g perhaps, which is ridiculous. I have about 60g incoming.

If you burn everyday, you need at least a kilo🤣

EO Royal Laos
lovely wood, profile close to some of old hindi

[The Scent Guru]

Leyte chips, I love Fili oud, it has that sweet floral tea top note with a good chip.

[Jazzoid]

Some Hainan from @language scent, which was basically kinam. Wood at this level hardly registers as a smell to me, I'm transported to a space inside the smell which is its own world.

I am very happy you enjoyed it brother! Hainan is my favorite wood

Nippon Kodo Vietnamese

Today I got a perfumey floral with a touch of pollen, if I blind tested it, I would’ve guessed Cambodi.

[Renzo C]

Hainan Kyara Skins from EO
At low heat has nice sweet floral spices, mid heat brings out a warm nuttiness. The highest I took it was around 220 and there it had a beautiful creaminess.

Nha Trang dupeng Sinker

[The Scent Guru]

Staying with Fili, this time some old wood from @Hamza H the Attar store.
