I just found out yesterday when I read the post.
Provisional Venues and Dates:
London, UK - mid-August. We have a central London, two-floor venue already and will be booking it this week. The capacity is for 15 vendors and 2 spots are already taken by myself and Faizal Privee so only 13 spots remain.
Frankfurt, Germany - September
Dubai, UAE - First week of October
New York - Final Week of October
Potential for ScentExpo 2026
Shanghai, China - Mid October. i have been approached by the Founder and CEO of NotesShanghai to incorporate ScentExpo into the NotesShanghai event in China. I will see if we can make it this year and will reach out to him after the website is updated in a few days time
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - not sure about this, but we have a contact there who may be able to facilitate an event this year and if not this year, then definitely the next.
To be finalised this week when adverts will go out, first on this platform and then online on wider social media.

I like smelling peoples creations too if you experiment. I like learning from everyone’s experiences with notes, what goes well together or doesn’t work, etc….and I have met many people offline and seen parts of their collections in messenger bags and book bags. Some people carry a LOT!
Hi Steve, yes this will definitely be in New York City - same as last year - and the dates are fixed. Apologies, as I have been extremely busy with Kinana, but now focused on the Scent Expo.

Apologies, I have heard some discontent that I sort of disappeared for the past two weeks. I was actually down with a very bad virus (probably covid) but not certain and had to just work through that regardless, but brain fog and general feeling quite shitty meant that not much was done regardless of the long hours.

Thanks. Are any vendors confirmed?
Yes, of course! We will be selling tickets for all venues from midweek next week (except for the London ScentExpo 2026 - tickets already on sale at www.scentexpo.org - as I have been in the Far East for the past week (still in China at the moment). I am talking to a couple of other vendors for inclusion in the London ScentExpo and that will be announced in the coming days.
We lost almost a week due to a collaboration with the London Perfume Exhibition who approached us and asked if we wanted to join them and this caused chaos and destabilised a couple of our vendors in our planning for the London ScentExpo, but was worth the try as some very big names were attending there. Anyway that is no longer happening as they have had to postpone until December, but I have had to put things on hold and be discreet while we were talking to them.

To celebrate the launch of Kinana, we will be giving away oud prizes worth $1000+ at the ScentExpo.
