Planning for the ScentExpo 2026

An update from ScentExpo London — new dates: 26th & 27th September
We want to be straight with this community about why we've moved.
A couple of weeks ago, a much larger exhibition organisation approached us to collaborate. Shortly after, that event collapsed — destabilising our preparations at a critical moment and costing us three of our vendors, who had committed to that approach in good faith. The support and compensation promised in the aftermath never materialised. We've absorbed that setback, but it left us rebuilding at exactly the wrong time.
The second reason is simpler: August is when so many of you are away. Looking back honestly, we should have aligned London with the Global ScentExpo calendar from the start — Dubai and New York in October, Frankfurt in November.
So that's exactly what we're doing. September, October and November now become the ScentExpo Season — London opens it on 26th & 27th September at 14 Percy Street, Fitzrovia, and the tour runs from there. It's the right window to cater for everyone, and it's how we'll run things going forward.
All ticket holders have been emailed directly with their options and everything we've built toward this weekend — the artisans, the rare ouds, the £50 Kinana gift, the prize draws — carries straight through to late September. The momentum doesn't stop; it just has a better home.

i am soo upset 😢
Disappointing for people who had made plans and arrangements for that weekend, for sure, and 6 days prior to the event is very short notice to make alternative arrangements and to try and get refunds but unfortunately sounds like the situation was beyond control.
I should be free over that new proposed weekend, but I will have to weigh up costs of travel and hotel etc

So if people can’t attend on the new dates then what is the process for getting refunds on the tickets that they’ve bought?
You should have received an email. It was sent yesterday to the email you provided when you bought the ticket.
We will… nearer the event time. We have a few influencers lined up to attend as well.
