Wistful wishing burn of the day.. KZ Tarakan & Blue Moon.. If anyone is willing to sell the one precious box they were able to procure, and feels sorry for me...I don't mind pity.

Or at least, you lucky puppies might, when you get it, describe your trip in detail so I might pretend I'm enveloped in the realm of the great cloud. Even if I'm just peering out a portal, it will be first class, and appreciated.

Fili Fu Sen - The Oud Lab.
Incredible value for red soil Filipino wood. I’d highly recommend this wood to lovers of sweet agarwood profiles.
Small chips, yet full of oil. Delicious vanilla / caramel / spice, yet deeply Oudy. I love this stuff!
After I was kindly sent a sample by AT, I ordered 30g for $250.

Hainan kinam. so hard to describe this beauty.... i am getting a kind of light jasmine-white jade magnolia-frankincense-pear and this creamy milky berry sharpness without the sweet or sour, slightly bitter with a very gorgeous backround that is unlike any other wood i have. of course it is, they all mostly are. very pleasant. 10/10 aroma! effects its giving me a hazy feel in the way i notice my self and surroundings a solid relaxing effect, almost foggy but clear minded effect. gorgeous stuff top 5 in my collection

I really do enjoy the smell of little chunks of cultivated kinam on that candle burner. In addition to the sweet confectionery top notes you can get a really nice thick heavy oud presence if you push the temp. a bit. Somewhere before you start to get scorch notes there’s this really nice bitter sweet chewy oud smell that fills the space - under these conditions it doesn’t give a fragrance for as long as when gently heated, but it still radiates that smell for quite a long time. I’ve been heating olefaktory regular and sinking chips, and kangiiten black and “round leaf dark body” chips this way… all delightful. and to my nose, the only off notes I ever get are from overheating and burning the wood fibers. Very clean smell appealing to everyone I have shared it with.

I tried you hainan kynam but i accidentaly burned it at 220 C for a minute. Atleast i can understant what note you mean. It has almost same note with white kynam from kyarashrine. Really good stuff

when you heat it correctly you will see something different. also the hainan kinam i heated a bit ago not the same one i sent you bro
It must be the other one then. You best kynam 'standart' is very high compared to mine. For me shoyeido kynam is enough. Probaly because it is standart everywhere is Japan and it becomes example for how kynam should be in japan. With time, my preference would change i think. I might hate regular agarwood because of my increasing standart hahaha

I stop burning more than one month after my sickness I advice every one use Agarwood burning just one time in week or tow weeks or burn it away from you inside locker or far room ...
What sickness did you have? Is it severe cough or breathing problem by the way? I stopped burning agarwood in charcoal after i discovered kynam heater and kynam so i am afraid too i will have breathing problem if i continue. Also, how long have you been burning agarwood before getting sick because of the smoke from it?
