Gyokushodo - Saidaikoh - 4 sticks. Lovely notes of sweet, but tangy, sour and slightly spicy aloeswood, resin as if chips are bubbling, red berry like notes, notes of greenery, foresty note, like oak moss notes for example, and a musky note. Very oudy and lovely, woody, and kinda like an all natural perfume. There's this yellow curry note that gets more pronounced as the stick burns down more and more and reminds me of the aloeswood sticks in the premium Shoyeido range. Notes kind of similar to confectionary, like sweets. Quite fruity as well. Sandalwood takes a backseat for most of this burn, and is really only there in a more woody way, the sandalwood note, I guess it does come out with some creamy, sweet milkiness and buttery, sweetness, but this is a primary aloeswood dominant stick.
Overall, nice experience and lovely sticks, and the cost is very good for 150 sticks.
