Name the next version “Summer End” so that theres no confusion. Its Zamarad incase people think this is V2 lol....today i wore Sinensis
I would expect an oil named Royal Kinam to have more then vague kinam notes....Royal kinam, oriscent. Tart electric sinensis... bitter, soapy, pungent, sweet... complex and engaging scent, hard edges, not strictly “pleasant” in its top note but engaging. Dries down with some vaguely kinam-like notes mixed in with strong sawn wood notes. white wood, sweet tangy oxidized wood notes in its base. No trace of any rot or barn or funk or fermentation or excessive oxidation here. Aged as it is, there is still much potential for aging and related subtle oxidation and transformation of the oil. I think this will be perfect in 5-10 years.
I don’t know... it is complex and smells different every time I smell it. It has the sinensis vibe and definitely leaves a kinam like impression but It smells less like kinam or kyara than other sinensis oils I’ve smelled, maybe because of its edginess. I believe it was steam distilled in steel (am I wrong?) and maybe this contributes to its edginess. I’m getting the hankering to put on a dab right now, come to think of it!I would expect an oil named Royal Kinam to have more then vague kinam notes....

, but rather lamenting the overuse of the word kinam
