I’m wearing Jinko today by resident Ahmed from Elixir Attars.

I gotta give it to Ahmed with this one. At first I was turned off by this. My nose wasn’t making sense of all the notes and complexities of the Oud used in this. I kept on persisting and this morning it clicked!!

Beautiful spicy Agollacha with a warm, comforting radiance billowing underneath the incense smoke. The musk grains and ambergris are an added bonus. Anyone else get their hands on Jinko? 9 different regions macerated in Siberian Musk and Ambergris?

I had the same response at the beginning. I was so surprised. The top notes are a bit chaotic and sharp for me. But, it settles down to very pleasant agarwood-ambergris incense, which is awe inspiring. This drydown is very similar to ambergris incenses that I have used recently. I am enjoying this one. Very unconventional. I am glad you are liking it.
I'll try to write down more detailed description soon.
I have changed my sprayer as it got clogged twice because of musk/ambergris grains floating in the bottle.

The musk grains are worrying me as well. My sprayer started to clog up this morning. I wanna let this sit for a few months and macerate a bit. I feel like it’s beauty hasn’t reach its full potential yet but I really dig the direction Ahmed went with this. The musk grains almost gives a furry feel to the opening which I really enjoy.

Once I wear this a few more times I wanna do a nice review as well. Thanks for the reply brother.

Can't wait to sample this one from Akh Ahmed. Sounds really exiting. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Layth (2012 or 2013, ASO) - one of my favourite Cambodian oils - overly ripe fruitiness (initial burst for >5 minutes), imagine tamarind flavoured mango bar, bitter (medicinal), herbaceous, minty (tiny bit), an orange peel flavoured honey facet, bit of dry hay, plum skin (possibly, haven't had those for many months!), clary sage, and many more.
