100% bro , check out the whole Taiwan/Ensar discussion so you can get familiar with the topic. Also me & Brandon just touched on it a few days ago. You're getting Oriscent oils for a fraction , dirt cheap compared to Ensar's prices. EO Brunei Kynam for example , that's the Taiwanese guys Brunei Kyara , same 2007 distillation. Their most expensive oil is like $600+ per gram , if you know how much Oriscents go for you know that's cheap af. Now some are exactly the same but obviously some eventually sold out therefore , new batches were made so not every single oil is identical. Brandon listed a few he's 99% sure are the same.
The irony is people will write massive long reviews for the same oil from Ensar, and only two or three lines if it is from E-Oud or Fushigi

Exactly ! Just like you could take a gram of the lowest quality oil & sell it for $1,000. Take a gram of the highest quality oil in the world & sell it for $100. Without a doubt the low quality oil will get all the praise & hype & everyone will swear it's the highest quality oil they've ever experienced. Not everyone of course but like 90% of consumers.

Starting the day with Levent from @mesOUD - this is is a young, fresh oil, and experiencing how it changes day after day, week after week is an amazing experience

All the things I got before, I dont get anymore, or at least in a very toned-down version. Right now it feels very mellow, deep, and sweet. The gasoline is turned down, and I just get hints of it

I love this!

I've been having the same experience. it's fascinating seeing how quickly they transform and begin to pick up that dignity of age. observing a truly top shelf oil go through its early stages of development is a luxury I did not anticipate experiencing in my lifetime, and I have for most of my oud aware existence assumed I would have to distill something myself to experience this. For someone who wants to learn it is a whole different level of luxury

I know right? I don't enjoy Papuan oils. Never did, never will. But that OR is something else. Even the fabled Port Moresby fails to do it for me. It's good but I don't enjoy it ultimately. OR for the ages...
💯 Its the same for me. I find low quality papuan oils smell too harsh or plasticy or burnt. This Fushigi papua is very good but Oud Royale wins the race easily. More complex, floral, more resinous, has the smell of aged wood but in a super smooth manner. No harsh notes or anything besides pure satisfaction when you inhale it.

The only cheaper papuan oil that is close to these 2 is Turba from Habzoud. I just came to appreciate that Turba is exceptional. Very smooth and satisfying papuan oil that you will enjoy, if you usually dont like papuan oud oils but are looking for a dark satisfying resinous oud.

Brother Ali - Serendibity
Ensar Oud - Oud Extraordinaire

Last night received a package with these two oils from the brother @Oudycodone Super grateful as always to get another oil in the collection, and especially for him putting in the work to transfer them over to the smaller vials and get them out to me. Big shoutout!

Wore the Serendibity last night, had a bit of a moist like opening, definitely damp. Sea brine dank algae notes were the main star with silani sweet chemical gasoline in the backend. About 20 minutes in it shifted to a more fruity and creamy sweet aroma. Bitter banana and mango with the silani gasoline notes smelling quite delectable here. Excited to see how it ages!

This morning swiped on some OE. A new contender for thickest oil in the collection. 40 year cultivated plantation trees squeezed to make some dense tooty-frooty Thai oil. Berry and honey sweetness without a hint of fermented sour funk. Approachable as can be. Simple but enjoyable swipe

Anything for the homie , enjoy brother !

Call me a boor but my oud of the day is layered CK oils once again. i've got two oils I don't like to wear individually that make me very happy when they are combined.

What catnip today? A blend, including the unreleased nose tingling AL HIND ~ Koh Camobian ZEN. (I'm digging it, definitely buzzy refractions of stone fruit perfume & cheese!!) With Mesoud's ~ Black Sumbawa INSANE, and my two most beloved sandalwoods, Mysore Mystique from Hamza ( the oud doctor ) @KYMYA, and Al Hashimi's godhead SANTAL X. All and together heavenly incense bliss that reminds me to be grateful.

I think this one is a co distillation of agallocha and cultivated kynam.

Smells quite similar to the CK oil from Al Hind.

Maybe this is what Ensar was talking about when he accused them of using cultivated wood….
I tried to convince you in DM before, finally you agree to the CK co-distillation lol
