If someone told me Yunnan Imperial was refined Hindi oil I wouldn't have argued... has nothing to do with Chinese profile has minimal barn and very Indian dry down.... you have to approach this oil not like an usual Chinese oil...

P.s this is my first shot at Yunnan oil and may be the profile is supposed to be unlike Chinese.

@Oudamberlove where do you rate Hainan 05 ? Have you tried better ones?

I have a limited experience with Chinese oud.
My palette is Hainan05, China Sayang, Yunnan03,Hainan Arabi, IO Hainan Vintage, Fragrant Harbor, Sinensis1-2-3, and Hainan Imperiale.

From that Lot, Hainan05 indeed, with China Sayang a close 2nd

Yunnan 03 was very animalic, I too could have interpreted it as a Hindi oil.

There u go we learnt that Yunnan profile is indeed an animalic profile ... bro u have great experience in Chinese oils

I'm hoping to cop China Sayang but seems nobody wants to give up that oil 🙁

Agar Aura had a Hindi oud i forgot its name but smelt so much like kava or black tea. I will try and remember the name but it was released around the time of shano shokat

SumbaWalla (@RisingPhoenix ) on my person and some nice Brunei chips from LMK @F4R1d0uX on the burner.After 4 days straight of howling wind and heavy rain (not common here), we have a bright sunny & crisp day for which these sunny & crisp aromas were just perfect. Love them both.
