Super Hoi an once again. It’s like a kyara-ish concentrate to my nose - i apply this in minuscule dabs and try not to smear it out. It really shines when applied in tiny dense droplets. I think this kind of mimics the scent cloud of a gently heated sinensis wood chip - a point source of scent radiating outward rather that a broad surface off of which a dispersed oil evaporates. Am I crazy to obsess on this level?

You’re not crazy, you’re an ouddict :Roflmao::Roflmao:
I get that gently heated wood also, and another facet that smells like the actual chip. It’s quite a performer.

Feel Oud- Tawau Al-Awwal-Thai Spice and Chameleon. These last two are my favorites as of now.They last all day and I can smell them in the morning.I picked up these two from Oudamberlove and he generously added many samples of Oud oils and woods to get me started.Very kind!

RBO Koh Kong Cambodi
After years of aging, this oil is still acrobatic.

On this warm sunny day, cool breeze in the air, this oil is taking me for a ride.
Opens with a liquor hit and a creamy barn.
then ....an oudy classic Cambodi goodness,
many minutes later....surprised by tutti frutti
which after a while morphed into pineapple-coconut......,and now some wood and resin.

EO Sultan Afnan

The PNG does wonders in this codistill, it adds a beautiful sweetness, but overall it’s not a sweet oud. I get more of a school paste rather than a bug scent, it really depends on one’s personal interpretation.
