I would love to hear what you think of the SD series

Not good at reviews but here it goes

Both are 2016 distillations, very thick dark oils due to continuous stirring on magnetic stirrers.
SD8/59 - At the start theres a dark sweet preserved plum aroma and some smoothened out barn(will be nicer in a few years time), heart notes and drydown are like gently heated Cambodi/Trat chips to reveal the resinous aroma.
SD20/59 - This one is quite linear yet the nicer one to me, has a very slight herbal scent which leaves quickly to reveal slightly smoky scent of Cambodi/Trat chips heated at higher temperature like on a mica plate, this lasts for almost 5+ hours even in our 60++% humidity here :Sneaky:

[Ouddict.com] Oud of the Day

Tested 7 oils
1 blend, 2 Hojaris, 1 Borai, 1 Hainan, and 2 soaked Cambodis.
Whew!

And now for a swipe of Aroha Kush:Inlove:

My SOTD
Oud Yaqoub (new batch)
Not quite the “Oud Sultani” of Thai
but I like swiping this oil
I get a Thai profile that isn’t your typical factory profile. Notes that are more true to it’s region, and enough resinated wood used to distill to give the base a resinous fullness.

Habzoud- Fahad .... if you like Walla Patta oils you will surely love this one .... clean, reminiscent of the Walla patta wood in the opening ... later settles down well ....

Not a big projector but amazing longetivity

I love this one. Are there others that share a similar tone? I get a big similarity to a Borneo oil like b3k bc of the vanillic dry down.

What other gyrinops are there?
