Al Hashimi- Malay

This unreleased oil from these boys is super. Cant wait to get my whole bottle.

That typical Minty, Greenish opening with hints of Cola while keeping the incense feel throughout.

Goodstuf boys

This time.....
Narcotic oudiness, with a floral that is more like
a chunk of fragrant agarwood than a flower.

That oil is funny. How you apply it really determines how it smells. When I have applied large swipes, i delve into a different scent landscape entirely than if I apply a tiny dot at the base of my beard. The tiny dot has me smelling shoyeido myoho or translucent path, or lightly heated Vietnamese wood chips after the initial whiff has diffused off and the sunny heart starts to shine out; the large swipe gets there eventually but for the most part it takes me to a dank Stillwater swamp in Malaysia and also some kind of deep resinous oily space which (in my private oud universe, since I actually know next to nothing about what those chips were like) must reflect some above average wood.

TajOud M203 - N Chachar (District from Assam)

This is the most potent juice to my nose from the new collection. Potent doesn't mean fecal or Barnyard... but that Hayish, Leather note is more than present ...

Night Swipe after really long - EO Sultan Santal Privee ...

This is one of the best Santal oils I've experienced hands down. Next best is a Vintage Mysore 1984 from Agarwood Assam .... not many Santal oils have impressed me apart from these two till date.

I want to try Timor, Ceylon santal etc.
