You are the first one I know😉
As they say, it's subjective. For example, I like eating burnt popcorn bits and everybody I know detests it.

Would you please share what aspects do you like in it? The smokiness ? The bitterness ?
I actually do like the smokiness! It is very strong at first, but I'm happy that it very slowly mellows. If it didn't mellow, I would say this would maybe be unwearable. Then I enjoy the spicy, resin scents, and finally how it ends up a bit sweet and powdery at the end.

Someone give Spielberg a call.I have an idea for a 5th installment:InDANiana Jones-Search for the Lost Malay 😉
Speaking of Lost Ouds
I was going through my stash
and found this lost oud
forgot all about it.
[Ouddict.com] Oud of the Day

Feel Oud Bengali Bastada
I think only 3 grams were available.

Just gave it another try,
Floral-fruity caramel perfume
with only a tiny touch of wood and oud.
Thick like honey, but no oxidation yet,
which is no wonder, because it was not
opened much.
Scent volume is low,
with practically no projection,
however, it is very settled.

I just threw it in some alcohol, some rose ottom, ambergris. Prpbably will add some vanilla or benzoin to it.
Just trying to make most out of it:Ninja:

I'm wondering if a person would wrap the lid with parafilm, would that help preserve oils?
