Swiped an unmarked sample from Habzoud.

A flurry of volatility greeted me,
sweet lacquer laced green and fruits,
which I allowed to settle,
then it became woody
and slightly floral.

A young modern-method oil
that’s not oily,
revving high with low torque
and good mileage.

A pleasant juice which smells like
Indonesian sandalwood.

La Maison Khenata - Mandalay Signature, a wild Burmese
Habz - Asad, from Pursat

both gooood 🤤

also,
Mellifluence's wild Viet oil, amazing. He sent me a sample, it's not for sale in the shop though. I'd definitely grab some if it was 🙂
Not sure how to describe it, but it's not "fizzy" like other Vietnamese oils that I've tried

I asked about a purchase but it's a bit more pricey than I thought and I need to hold off on large purchases for the time being (I've just made a massive one in the form of a house...!)

Congrats sproaty! My brain is now obsessively trying to convince itself that since I live in a little one bedroom that means I can afford to buy a nice expensive Oud :Roflmao:🤣😳😉

Need some more ouds for house warming ☺
Always a reason to buy Oud.
Congratulations!!

I don't doubt you brother.
Well, even if it’s not. I’m feeling good!
👍

Hell yes enjoy the mind buzz if you get it. I get profound relaxation from sandalwood and agarwood... like an inner calm is realized or brought into focus that was there all along. It's like life and the distractions of life are a kind of harsh and unpleasant mind-buzz, and the woods bring me back to baseline!

What do you think of Mahkota?
Sorry for reply bro but tapatalk stop working for ouddict and i hate normal web for phone
So makhota to me is one of the cleanest malay ever ,but very light ,to light actually ,it share candy vibe ,banana peel ,vanilla ,sweet green smell ,remind me about zamarad by habzoud but more sweet and clean
I love the smell but too expensive for what is it , i like AA but this last only 1 hour on me ...
On topic Nha trang Ultima
And ensar oud ahmad

No worries brother, appreciate your thoughts on this one as I'm getting the same feeling.Maybe it will wake up in a few weeks/months.

Blue Malay on the other hand, is absolutely rocking on my skin.I get this fizzy sweet 7-up vibe, intertwined with oceanic bitterness.Would really like to see how this smells when the weather picks up again, very interesting oil.

Imperial Oud - Ceylone Royale
Al Shareef - Qadeem 3

wow, taking these in is something else tonight. suuuper high quality, am taking deep whiffs for ages and in the ASO I am lost in this dark red pulsating sea while the IO is like bright above the clouds in the blue skies with yellow from the sun pouring in with the greens of a dense jungle below

Olefaktory - Wild Sri
very strange. all the Sri Lankans I've smelled cool but this one smells hot.
opens up with a mild, rounded fermented wood scent then that 'cool' quality slowly comes out but it never comes to the forefront.
doesn't have vetiver, green banana, tropical fruit. weeeeeird. 😵
