Cambodi Vert 2017- Imperial Oud
Very affordable Cambodi which I had stocked a lot.
Creamy Cambodi vibe with sweetness, woodiness and some smoke in the background. 2 years ago it had no smoke but now its getting aged so things are different.
Have already mixed it with 0.3g Tibetan Musk from past 6 months and still waiting

Oud of the Day: Jinkoh Store's Emperor Guan Yu

Jinkoh Store's Hong Kong oil is named Emperor Guan Yu, but easily it could have been named Fragrant Harbour Imperiale II as well because it's as close as it can get to it. I have a 0.3 g sample of FHI, and after several side-by-side tests I have to say that the two oils are almost impossible to distinguish, especially scent-wise and even performance-wise. The only noticeable difference I could spot between the two is regarding viscosity. FHI is visibly thicker while Emperor Guan Yu is a bit more fluid, but other than that it's the same yellow and slightly green kinamic bliss.
The scent profile of this HK oil is pretty airy, linear and well-balanced. The central manuka honey note never gets cloying because it's perfectly balanced by citrus and some green notes which remind me of sweet green hay and watermelon rind.
If you missed a full bottle of IO's FHI, Emperor Guan Yu is like a second chance at a discount. I'm looking at the empty half of my bottle and I'm tempted to get it filled up as soon as I put my hands on some money. It's my favorite oil besides FHI!

Great description, spot on 😊

Wearin Habzoud Al-Maliki on one arm and custom Indonesian distillation from a friend on the other.

Al-Maliki is probably one of my favorite oils I’ve tried now. Hands down it’s so green, spicy and somehow strangely perfumery. This time I’m around I noticed cinnamon, orris and an overall spicy herbal quality that I didn’t catch the last few times I wore it. Fantastic stuff. It’s a shame my sample is almost gone.

"D-Rosa" from Oud Factory Dubai, I bought this stuff 2 years ago, I had tested it at that time and kept it in my Vault . But, today when I wore it randomly; what a gem it has turned up in to. Regrets as I am zero at notes breakdown but wanna give it atry this time:Roflmao:, it has that sweet creamy rosy character and a smooth woody Background. The performance has improved a lot as I am wearing it indoor in 43 degrees tempertaure Outside in KSA and its ambience is felt from last 6+ hours.
If anyone of my Forum Mates had tried it, can correct my breakdown, Huh!!.

Very cool. Is this the “Coração De Rosas Parfum” ?

RoyalBengalOud 30 day Bandarban.

According to wife, "you smelled so barnyardy in the morning that I forgot what I was thinking"...
Dad secretly kept letting fresh air in while we drove in the car. 1 person asked me what I was wearing after about 5hours....another person was visibly upset and moved away.

I think this might have not been a SOTD just for me but for everyone around me. I Loved it.
To me this barn was beautiful...

Yes that one is strong. I liked the 60 day soak more. for some reason I felt it is more smooth. Having said that, I don't wear it by itself but I use it im compositions. Beautiful oil for composition.

The 60 day is so beautiful...it's as if the 30 day soaked was aged another few years
