I completely agree brother that sugar has no health benefits as such & it’s rather natural sugar (fructose) that has benefits.
All I was saying was, there’s no divine law that prohibits sugar but there is one that prohibits drugs, alcohols, pork & dealing in interest.
This means, it will not be a sin if I consume or abstain from sugar but will be a sin if I consume drugs, alcohol, pork, interest and I will be rewarded if I abstain from them.

I judge cannabis because of the way it has been primarily used ever since (let’s say) I was born. I’ve only seen people use it as a drug and I wish people used it more as a medicine like how you’re claiming, but that isn’t the case brother. Facts are based on evidence I agree, however evidence is not based on experience brother but based on observation. You know the moon exists but have you been on the moon to experience it? From your logic, the moon shouldn’t exist for you.

i agree with you that drugs are no good. problem is, cannabis is not a drug. alcohol is because it confused the mind and breeds aggression. cannabis breeds peace. if you want to see who says the truth see who is silenced and demonized. also, look at what the movie industry did to cannabis, they show everyone how to overdose and use 100x more than the correct dose. when i realized how to use cannabis 1gram lasted me 2months while 1gram was 2 cigarettes for my friends and for me small doses showed me more philosophy and truth about life than smoking so much and flooding the mind to blindness. governments fear cannabis and so do religions that is why they tried to breed it out of extinction by destroying the balance in the genetics. now they have destroyed the genetics and have it legal in many countries, it is no longer what it was in the 1970's and before. however many nations where it grew for thousands of years still have many countless real seeds saved.
