I will consider it a fact if other people say it’s your bus as well. Facts can be both, true or false.
If it’s repeatedly confirmed by people (through objective observation) that you own a bus, such a fact is consider true. If not, it becomes false.
Truth in science, however, is never final and what is accepted as a fact today may be modified or even discarded tomorrow. We used to believe for a fact that the earth was flat or the earth was the centre of the universe. Those facts have now been discarded.
The moment you sell your bus and claim it’s still yours is when the fact that it’s your bus becomes false.
Hope you get why I’m trying to explain.

i believe mostly #1 and #2 but if i am to be fair to myself i know that i truly do not know what the truth is on this specific topic. there is respected theory on the topic throughout the world and based on trust of the authority.

Brother, I’m trying to have a serious intellectual discussion/debate with you but if want to laugh & sound condescending then I’m not the right person to talk to. If you feel like laughing you can laugh in reality. You don’t have to type down your laughter like a child to imply you found something amusing. You don’t talk or sound like you’re 42 & you’re superiority complex is clear as day. Just my observation.
You believe China exists by heresay & testimony of your friends. According to your logic, the day you yourself step into China can you objectively say it exists.
Nevertheless, to simplify the argument. You can replace China to the North Pole. Do you not believe it exits? You can’t fly there nor do you have any friends living there. I’m still sure you believe the North Pole exists but you’re not sure if the moon or sun exists because you’ve never been there or met someone who’s been there. Such arguments are futile and of no benefit.

understand that in philosophy many things do not stand in the straight line with other things. so while i cant go to the north pole, and while many theories suggest what the north pole is and what it isnt, I am not the person to give any truth to the north pole, i can only give you theories.

i never said the moon or sun didnt exist, i mentioned the effects of both bodies.
all i am saying is that if you want to be realistic with yourself, you must know the difference between theory and truth. it is perfectly fine to view theory as truth you will not be a criminal in doing so. but for the individual truth is different than the truth of a community. in a community we share truths that other people proved for us.
at what level of belief you will have for this authority is up to you. i can not look down on you for believing what you want to believe so please do not confuse me. every mind is different and sees the perceptions from their own eyes.

As a Muslim, I can (rightfully) say that you have the wrong perception of Islam & it’s only wise to ask a Muslim if there’s something about Islam that you don’t like or understand. Nicotine is THE most addictive substance on the PLANET, 10000000%. I dont smoke cigarettes anymore (but please dont shame me for this LOL) but I do vape... haha. And when I dont have my nicotine it is BAD, its like a mental heroin withdrawal, no physical part to it really, like heroin, but oh my days, is it like a mind heroin withdrawal thing... insane addiction, nicotine is so strong you can die even drinking 2.5-3mls of the 20mg/ml vape juice. When you vape you are taking in micrograms of nicotine per puff (20mg/ml) and with a cigarette its the same, a full, strong cigarette is only around 0.8-1.2mg MAX in your system after a full one.

As a muslim I wanna clarify and mention some affairs pertaining to this heated conversation. Because I would not like for my religion to be misrepresented or misunderstood.
First: we can indeed speak about something we have not tried. You have not thrown yourself off a cliff but you can certainly speak about why prohibiting it is a good idea. This is not speaking 'down' but rather speaking the reality. Since we beleive in god we beleive in objective reality, which may or may not coincide with the perceived reality. Now to prove that god is indeed the one who sent islam down is outside the scope of this. Luckily, Islam also coincides with logicality and rationality so we will have to make do with the sense of rationality that we each (hopefully ahaha) have.
To cut to the chase:
Islam came to preserve 5 things:
Religion - specifically worshipping the one true god alone without partners or associates to him. Hence paganism is prohibited.
Honour - hence slandering backbiting lying and fornicating is prohibited
Lineage - hence fornication is prohibited. fornication = kid w/out dad/mum = unknown lineage & disgrace Wealth - hence gambling & interest is prohibited. interest = rich get richer poor get poorer. gambling = money loss
Intellect - hence drugs are prohibited. drug use = cognitive impairment = loss of intellect
also drug use = loss of productivity = lack of labour/workforce. (Get high and wanna relax and eat pizza not work)
Now note:
These are generalities as islam is a religion for the masses not for the few. Generally drugs cause cognitive impairment. Perhaps a few individuals dont experiance this. Generally drug use causes loss of productivity. Most jobs are not creative in nature. Sure one guy might be an artist though. Doesnt matter. For the masses. not the few.
Islam betters society by getting rid of these vices. These are objective facts. Its better to have a society with 0 drugs then to have a society with drugs.
Now to appeal to the logic/rationality that god gave us:
A person take drugs? what are the implications of this (for a logical rational man?).
Well this person prefers not to be tehmselves / be in their normal state of mind. This is a logical extension of the fact that you want to alter your mind by taking drugs in the first place.
Fixing the root cause of that is what islam does whereas taking drugs is akin to a man who is bloodied and brusied donning his best suit and tie and gloves and mask rather then heal himself in first place.
This is meant to clarify not cause offence so read this knowing it is the traditional view of islam according to the Quran, Sunnah (prophetic tradition) and methodology/understanding of the companions of the noble prophet (صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ). I am open to discourse regarding this post, and any questions one may have. I am not open to receiving insults about my religion or prophet (صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ).
