@Elixir Attar's Huaxia

First impressions, jasmine, osmanthus, Chinese oud, and musky fragrance.

just got a free box of Baieido - Kai Un Koh from Amazon with a $15 gift card that was given to me by my bank. Kai Un Koh was the first Baieido incense I ever bought over 20 years ago and I don't expect this to be in the league of what that was. It's a nice autumn/winter scent with lots of clove and cinnamon. I haven't had this for at least 20 years and I was surprised how Amazon was less than $14 plus free shipping and the MSRP in the U.S. is $20 and it's at least $20 everywhere in the U.S. It was $12 in the U.S. when I first bought it and it's about $8 now in Japan. Kai Un Koh is probably the best deal on a good Japanese incense on Amazon from what I saw.

I think I just had bad luck with my Nimbots, hoping the two i am running now will keep on kicking. The 101 is a good size for sure, thanks for that
Mine just prints blank - got the one that Taesik sent from Ali Express around a year ago (which then kicked off an AliExpress binge for a while)
I think I may try a different set of labels - I have a feeling the printer may be okay but the paper could have gone faulty.

was in london for my birthday & took the opportunity to make my first order with brother @Habz786

this was my first purchase of oils from one of the residence artisans here, so felt very auspicious : ) i'm still a novice, mind...

*fawz sandalwood - incredible, truly unique sandalwood. the balance of cream & higher frequencies is really addictive
*ramah sandalwood - special in its own way, maybe spicier and more rugged (quickly became daily wear) but gives way to gorgeous florals
*cambodi smoke 2 - love at first whiff, the mix of incense smoke & dried fruits/honey-- will be back for more of this one for sure
*al hareer - my first hindi oud : ) for me the animal side of it sits quite perfectly, and gives way to quite surprising chocolate and hay... also (could be my imagination) something minty/refreshing later on
*zamarad 2 (sample) - don't quite have the acumen to describe well, but absolutely delicious, medicinal in the best way... also picked up some cherry notes or tropical fruits
*indian vetiver (sample) - for selfish reasons don't want to cause too huge a run on this one, but as a vetiver head i was p blown away. deep, nuanced, quite oudlike, the folks i smelled this with couldn't believe how good it smelled. a complete perfume imo.
*haiti vetiver (sample) - also extremely beautiful, perhaps a touch more subtle than the indian but anyways i'm partial to indian vetivers in general...

big big thanks to habz for answering all my questions & the next-level quick shipping/delivery. psyched to try more, these are verging on the psychotropic.

next up, first order from legend @mesOUD

Hola, ¿recibiste tus granos de almizcle? Compré recientemente un poco de e. sibermusk pero no encuentro mucho aroma, casi ninguno. ¿Cómo fue tu pedido?
grains wont be as potent as opening a fresh pod, but i like the smell. it definitely changes whatever oil you put it in. it gives sandalwood a warm pink fuzz, and the more you add the better it gets. i have mine at 50-50.
