Okay so I experience a a good 12 hours with this musk oil and I can still smell it on skin. It start off very animalic musk like sweaty deer musk scent. I find it very potent to begin with. I got asked a couple times what scent I had on in evening 😀

As evening progressed I notice very little change in scent atill very strong. By maybe 8 hours I check again and can still smell but lighter.
I am very amateur in description but I like this musk oil very much.

I don’t think it’s genuine, they added the oil used and percentages of musk used after a comment made here from one of the members. I also had macerated in moringa and the oil won’t turn black. Also, you said you purchased via Etsy, I don’t see any sales made on it. Just my observation.
 
I message the buyer and bought privately.

It isn't black the oil my bottle only looks like that when shaken bottle as I purchase with grains. When you shake a maceration bottle with grains inside the colour goes like this.

I have experience many different musks and musk grains from ninja robb and it is musk I believe real.

i too remember the original post- it never said what kind of oil was utilized as a carrier and was then updated after comments made here.

10 years is a very long maceration time at that price point. not trying to be rude but just remember when i was new and putting money where i shouldn’t have- so anyone new to this thread reading- i would absolutely not trust this vendor.
 
I had no idea Rosemary had chemotypes, well at least in being used to describe the essential oil, naturally as soon as I see the word "cineolic" or "cineole" as in this case, my curiosity is peaked!

I remember that too.

I may be new here friend, but I am by no means an amateur when it comes to oils. I trust my nose.
