I will be happy to hear that BigBloke has lost some pounds - however, I hope that occurred in a healthy way:

I recently published the results of a study in the Journal of Oud Misuse and Habituation titled "Genetic predictors of extreme weight loss among ouddicted males: Findings from a cross cultural meta-analysis." This study confirmed what we all know - that in the depths of serious ouddiction one will frequently stop eating (and bathing) for extended periods of time, resulting in an emaciated, withered state - and a dazed look in the eyes.

I don't think I'm being unfair when I say that those of us from Basenotes all knew BigBloke to be a major ouddict. Now, hey, for all I know he has reformed his ways, and this weight loss is not due to ouddiction, but I have my concerns...
