Yes, in stock, I suggest opting for 50 grams with the coupon code mw25, it will be just 487.50, no US tax, free Fedex.
I already have 200 grams but am tempted to get more, however, I just took a hit again, have 224 grams of Hainan Char coming from Kevin (Nine Regions), so my pocket hurts again🤪
That's awesome but this makes me feel so small lol - I don't think my entire life stash of wood totals more than 125g and 50 of that is CK 😅

I have a gram of this, a few of grams of that and so on - a reasonable variety of woods in small amounts... I tend to heat little splinters/rice grains so the stash i have seems like a lifetime supply.

You must have a magnificent stash and that is wonderful.

I was heating some small granules of Baieido sandalwood on the kodutu yesterday. I bought these in 2002-2003. I would imagine the stuff they are selling today is pretty much exactly the same. Just an undeniably delicate and beautiful multilayered sandalwood scent and a great reference for me to remind myself of what I am looking for in oils. I have some large Yamada slab cuts from the same time and those serve a similar function!

Shoyeido mini agarwood pieces
for their Kodutu battery operated heater.

Fully resinated, and well suited for the Kodutu because the pieces smoke at low temperatures.

Some aroma variation from piece to piece but overall I guess Indonesian, although that doesn’t narrow it down much because Indonesia covers a lot of regions😁

Wild Shin-Kyara 61kinds named Fuji Smoke, very nice kyara!!! 100 - 140c in 10 mins (140c most of the time hit, was the sweet spot for the amount I put on and the wood, if I put tons more on I guess the sweet spot would be at 80-100c as it even fragranced my desk space that I sat at for 2-3 mins on 100 and 120c, and I went into my bedroom and found the strongest scent started at 140c, but I guess it is all about nose training and other things, I smoked a little bit of cannabis last night and I was smelling the Plum Blossoms in the Wind and omg, because I havent smoked cannabis in a year, and the gram I have i am making it me last at least 1-2 months, AT LEAST, so I can get the psychedelic effects of it again, because it was like the kyara was 10000x stronger it was insane and gave me like a spiritual, high, psychedelic crack feeling lol, kyara is amazing on cannabis with no tolerance, just dont abuse both of them and its a balance)

Sweet, florals, small minty at the start quickly fading, at 140c, very loud, such a pleasing and delicate combo of sour + sweet tropical island fruits, when inhaling and eyes shut I felt I was on a tropical island with a nice drink with tropical fruit trees, lots and lots of tropical fruits stuff like guava, all around me, spiciness, then spicy + small mintiness combo hitting the back of throat and causing nice effects of stimulation then relaxation then when hitting the throat again stimulation. Colours that came into my head was yellow and red or purple, and maybe some green.

I've got to burn more oud. I've got a decent basic collection at this point it's a shame I don't do it more often. It's mainly because I need to keep the air clear/fresh when I'm working on fragrance or studying oils and you can only appreciate so many scents in a day. Time to get the subitism out of the studio and into the living-room.

mesOUD Pursat

Yummmmm😋

As with all my char pieces, I brake them into smaller pieces to fit into their storage bottles, which has a drawback, when I heat a piece that smells as good as a gem, I can’t set that piece aside and don’t know when I’ll come across it again.
Really i am very happy to see you enjoy them brother

Managa "Snow Flower"
Gorgeous aroma, soft orange with flowers and medicinal notes
Could you explain what Managa is? Is it agarwood and not kyara but the highest quality of a specific agarwood, since it is a Rikkoku-Gomi wood? Also, what makes a specific agarwood a, "RikkokuGomi" wood? I am just learning about all the stuff to do with kyara and Japanese woods, and stuff, would love to learn more, I learn a lot from kos but even kos says you are the master here about this stuff on Ouddict lol 🙂 . Thanks.

EDIT: Also the wood KZ/Kangiiten is selling is called Sinking Sumatora A. Hirta, and not just Sumatran wood, because I do believe KZ either classified it as RikkokuGomi himself or if he is not a master, I believe must have got it passed as by a Master in Japan, since it has similar, if not exact same profile notes as the Sumatora you were talking not too long ago, quite sour, hot, a human musky animalic somewhat dirty creamy, sour greenery jungle notes. And you can smell the gram STRONGLY out the bottle, unlike most normal, agarwoods. It is definitely strong at 50-80mg on the heater at 120c - 140c. 150mg I would say gives a strong aroma at 80-100c. I have only a small amount now but quite a lot left from only being a gram I got a month or so ago, but I am planning on buying around 3grams and stopping there (although if there is still quite a lot left, which there is I can tell how much something is in stock by Kangiiten lol I am sure other people know what I am talking about, and it is selling very slowly which is awesome, because now it wont run out as fast, and if there is still like 20-33 bottles left a couple months after getting my 3g, I may get another 2g and stop there since you dont need much of this wood at all), this wood should never be burned on charcoal, just heater.

I already answered you about it month ago.
Also some describe it in general "fragrant wood that is capricious and unstable like a young woman" or "a woman's backside is like a sweet scent".
I probably mentioned that many times, Managa is one of my favorite profiles ever, it have gorgeousness and feminine smell capture your soul.

As for Kz Sumatora i can't speak for it as i don't have any, so i can't compare it to my stuff.

Oh yeah, forgot about that. But in that post I dont believe you went through what RikkokuGomi was? Could you explain that in more detail with your knowledge? Oh and I got a small and MASSIVE magnifying glass to zoom in on the wild Kyara's and the CKs and all other woods to see what they look like very up close with the magnifying glass, dont think I could do that and take a picture tho, just bought them for studying woods up close myself hehe

I believe i did that too in many posts.
In short Rikkokugomi system made by Munenobu Shino and Sanjonishi Sanetaka and means six countrys/kingdoms five flavors/scents.
Those two known as founder of Kodo which is one of 3 major arts invented that time.
Kodo = Incense Ceremony
Kado = Flower ceremony
Sado = Tea ceremony

I'll copy paste what i posted before...
views about origins of woods in the Rikkokugomi
its commonly said or wrote in many seller sites, articles that
Kyara - vietnam
Rakoku - Thailand
Manaka - malaca"malaysia" < the piece we talking about was classified as manaka
Manaban - malabar coast
Sasosra - India/uknown
Sumatora or Sumandora - sumatra
referance “Kodo Oku no Shiori” written by Ryuho Oheda
simple? its not!, because not everyone agree with that classification and the wood origins
the origin of the interpretation that "rikkokugomi/ (Kidokoro) = Classification by country of production" was established by Takakatsu Takebe, a disciple of Shino ryu, and he wasn't head of the school. "which is why another head school and his lineage refuse it.
another view by kodo master that he got from his predecessor about the 6 kingdoms is this
Kyara/Rakoku = vietnamese
Manaka/Mannaban = Siamese"name of Thailand in old times"
Sasora/Summondora = Indo and mostly from Kalimantan
ofcourse he say there is exceptions for the origins.
and here another view from disciple of master too

Kyara = Vietnamese and its surroundings
Rakoku = Vietnamese
Manaka = Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Borneo, Brunei
Mannaban = Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Yunnan, China, Indonesia, Sumatra
Sasora = Kalimantan island, Sumatra, India"Sandalwood" as some schools use sandalwood instead of agarwood and some use another tree called "Yellow Ripe Incense"
Summondora = Kalimantan Island"

example of complicated views of origins and scents...is the Manaban wood
im sure you realize that in japan the two ongoing schools Shino and Oie...they have close ties but they also have different views regarding some of the woods used in rikkokugomi like its origin, profile and so on..
shino school rikkugomi is only agarwood...while the oie include Sandal and Yellow incense there under Sasora or Samandora/Sumatora.
back to manaban scent Profile in general..
Oie School : Refreshing scent, gentle, no irritation to the nose, slight impact, unique luster.
Shino School : Moderate impact, strong, sweetness, sea breeze scent, unique density, saltiness.
Shino School Manaban before war "i believe here they talk about the "Ōnin War" could be mistaken : Unique acidity, saltiness, a type that seems to be tangy agarwood, and an incredible sweetness.

Now you probably would ask does all woods fall under Rikkokugomi system? no its not its specific certain woods fall under that classification,
That's why even many of Disciples of Schools don't dare to classify it, only left to masters and who is certified by them.
Just like there is many Kyara's but Rikkokugomi Kyara is different profile "Visit Shoyeido etc and have taste yourself to know what i'm talking about"
There is lots of schools in japan old and new however the two main streams are the founders "Shino and Oie"
A list of Flavors according to both schools
Kyara - Shino = Bitter
- Oie = Bitter
Rakoku - Shino = Spicy - Oie = Sweet
Managa - Shino = Salty - Oie = Flavorless
Manaban - Shino = Sweet - Oie = Salty
Sasora - Shino = Sour - Oie = Spicy
Sumatora - Shino = Sour - Oie = Sour

Now there is branches and different part of Oie with different views i'm too lazy to list them.
