Not bad after all?! XD I find this oud less complex/more straight forward than many wild ones, but perhaps in its relative "simplicity" there is a beauty too, it blends well with other scents for me, sweet grass, labdanum and other stuff. I find it very wearable. And affordable price makes me feel less guilty about it. 🙂

Which one is unusual?

The combination of the two.

Normally, a swipe of oud with some lit incense, results in a complementary experience.

But Ayu does not respond well to incense smoke.
Maybe it’s the top notes.
