Craziest Sandalwood oil at the moment that I have every laid nose on called "Shizumu Ceylon" those who know, know! I will not say where I got it tho because I believe it is from his personal collection if i recall correctly or am being a fool having misunderstood but so I wouldn't want people blowing up his inbox LOL Thanks for this bro! Sorry for sounding like a lucky privileged arse my ouddict fam and of course for also sounding like a fool to those from that other corner of a mind state.

I wish I could answer that. Frankly i have very little experience with actual heating/burning chips, let alone kinam quality ones. I mostly stick to oils, sensitive to smoke, scared of domestic repercussions 🤣
I am sure it is mostly room temp aroma amplified but maybe missing some notes also depending on the tech. Are you very happy with this aroma? Is it at all minty or sweet?

The unfair copy is quite sweet like honey, green, very light and linear. Not mentholic minty, like a distant eucalyptus minty. Quite happy with this one.

Triple happiness i need to probably spend more time. Out of the bottle it smelled like a Thai oil, but on the skin it was heavy charred fruit and diesel. Dry down more in lines with the above, sweet, light and ethereal. Transitions are very slow, need to study more.

I am just curious to how it matches the other cultivated kinam co2 oils.

Hainan oil by Mellifluence
I really like this - one of the first ouds I bougt was by Imperial Oud - Fragrant Harbour Imperial which I actually didn't like that much (I bought a sample first and then a bottle!) - but, from memory, this is similar
I ended up selling the IO, curious if I'd like it now
Very diff oils to my noose bro , level of oils different and smell also
But is maybe my perception ...
Today RPP Adobo -nice phili

I have been looking at this....was/is it value for money?
Thanks.
I'd say so, definitely.

Today I'm wearing '2 scents' by Olefaktory - codistillation of kinam and frankincense. Very nice, bright but very quiet and doesn't last long
I've also managed to lose the vial somehow. I'm at work and no idea where I put it after swiping - usually put it straight into my bag but nope... 🙁

I can recommend the spray version it is absolutely massive, good longevity on clothes and leaves a huge trail even outdoors. I once took it to a wine tasting and offered people sprays afterwards, we were engulfed in a cloud of the stuff!

Thanks for that....
I might put this on my "to get list."

"Nusakan" - Yusa Aromatics A super clean Haflong-Pursat oil that permeates the air of my personal space after an hour with a single swipe.

Mang, this is awesome sauce.

I swiped a sample of Malay Essennza ... solid af. Definitely up there with other attempts to provide stellar oils at an "affordable" price that we've seen from other artisanal sources lately. Granted that I don't have as deep an experience with Malaysians as I do with other regions but I at least see the oils that are marketed by sellers here (and the respected ones elsewhere) and I doubt anything has been offered at this price point with that quality.

I swiped Emperor Guangdong on my other hand. Wow, this is totally different than Emperor Guan Yu. Less of that bright, sharp, dense honey that'll worry a diabetic. It's still sweet and fruity. Not a juicy fruit type of fruity but like a white tea sweetened with mountain honey and hebron malban. There are even herbal and white floral aspects that appear. Malay Essennza is looking pedestrian now.

e·the·re·al (adjective)

extremely delicate and light in a way that seems too perfect for this world.
"her ethereal beauty"

I've heard the term used in perfumery but this time it really sounds appropriate.

As far as Oud goes, the Chinese oils are like my wives but I admit to having many concubines. I waited a long time for some of these because they were delayed by the Shanghai shutdown and zero Covid measures and a few days extra because of the incompetence of my local post office but g*d damn it was worth it.

BTW, don't take these comments as an endorsement of the Jinkoh Store. His stuff sells out pretty quickly so leave the good smells to us and invest in TSLA 😛
