Ys-Uzac Point Mort II - gorgeous. This gives me Hainan 2005 mid-phase vibes all over. Remove the slight barn and add a leathery osmanthus instead. Also, some Jinkoh Hainan Essenza, but with less mushrooms and more dead foliage. There is a leathery and urinous musk vibe to it, which I only pick up in the air and not on the skin. Very complex and well thought perfumery showing once again that one can use quality oud in perfumes beyond the basic mix it in alcohol concept that saturates the artisanal scene. This takes both a deep understanding and respect for Agarwood as well as a skilled perfumer to achieve. Love from me.
 
Sokkat AlTeeb - North Thai EDP

This EDP used 1/2 tola of an oud of the same name. It smells lemony with a lipid (first time I use that term). Smells fresh, heavily oudy. Light on the nose. Feels volatile in a good way. Very enjoyable.

Henry Jacques - Oudh Imperial

It begins with an oud opening. Then the heart of geranium and leather tantalize the senses. There are warm vanilla and amber undertones that soften all of the ingredients and make the scent the majestic mix that it is. I
