Hello salam dear Ouddicts brothers 😇
I hope you and family are all well inshallah

It’s long time I didn’t posted OOTD ^^

I recently tried few oils that I will reviewing soon …

ASO Ceen II
An Najwa Sher shah

Al Shareef Oud Ceen II is almost identical to Ceen OG …
The OG is probably More rounded but it’s like twins.
I did a side by side with both and it is really close.
That licorice honeyed bitter sweetness with light medicinal herbal is impressive… but the best part is after few hours when the sweet honey coming out with an apple skin à la Emperor of China ! This oil is something almost impossible to find out there and I have to say Ceen II is on of the best Chinese oil I tried with Emperor of China … The Top notes or just beautifully clean and juicy sweet … it’s impossible to dislike this kind of perfume it is almost an Attar scent … Mashallah this oil is just beautiful !

An Najwa Sher Shah is a very nice oil for people who are not so confident with barny Hindi !
It’s a clean buttery Hindi with an almost sandalwoodish nutty aspect and a complex light Cola note that Is very interesting ! The oil evolving in a true kaleidoscopic dimension and you get lots of new notes coming .
A lovely oil for sensitive nose who are looking for Clean version of Hindi oil with powdery woodiness.

I will post soon about few other oils that impressed me a lot .

I wish you all a very Gooud swipe

Ouddiction is a Never ending Stooooryyy
😁

Hindi SQ - Batalat Oud

The Hindi SQ grew on me. I admit, my sense of smell was not letting me enjoy precious ouds like this. Over time, this became my preferred Oud. Watery forest, dark chocolate, almonds, slight animalic, and barnyard are the dominant notes here. It’s an attractive scent for this particular Oud. I’ve come to appreciate it now. Will probably be procuring a 1/2 tola next time around.

AlHind Dhahab - Habzoud

Got my latest Habz order today, and yes! This is the real-deal Hindi I wanted it to be.

Barn and bitter-chocolate in the opening, with wet hay, cereal grains and grass. Dries down to delectable stewed apricots and peaches.

Beautiful structure and ‘music’ to this oil. I am glad I got the full bottle.

Edited to add photo in case anyone finds it useful.

Could anyone please help me understand what exactly are the NU Oud on Ensar Oud website? The descriptions give me a hint that these are blended oud oils or with some sort of infusions.
Thanks in advance!!!
For what it's worth, I have Borneo Bliss Abyss and really enjoy it. It's sort of purplish, dusty, earthy, cooling. Would work well with most florals.

Sultan Hijau today! I spent some time away and coming back, I've been able to appreciate and pick up on notes I hadn't the first time around. I'm also realizing that I'm someone who's usually battling with allergies and it makes a HUGE difference how clear I am with regards to what I'm smelling. Most of the top notes get blunted when I'm a little stuffy.

Agar Aura Angkor Royale

This one grabbed my attention as it smelt unusually ancient even from the dipstick.
The rain has just stopped and you are out for a stroll in the woods. The smell of mossy damp wood hits you. This is what the opening is like.
There’s a spicy greenish incense note that comes and goes as it transitions from top notes to heart notes.
The base is layers of dry berries, oud resin and wood.
Solid, solid oil.
The presence of the oil is very subdued and understated, unlike the others I’ve smelt from Taha.

Senren (Hoi An) - Yusa

This oil is a very dark red - almost black.

Difficult to parse from the dipstick, but unfolds nicely on skin.

Opens with medicinal bark and sweet sarsaparilla, balanced with a savoury note resembling soy sauce. In the dry-down there are facets of tar and incense smoke, these being imbued with a cooling, analgesic eucalyptus lift. Nicely poised throughout, displaying a fine tension between the sweet, savoury, smoky and cooling elements.

Evanescent - fades to notes of temple incense over the course of 1.5-2 hours.

I think I will save this for quiet moments at home and use it in small doses.
