Nasir (Habzoud). REally enjoying this Malaysian-Fili oil. Was considering a second bottle but it seems to be sold out,. Congrats @Habz786 ! I'm really intrigued by mixed oils (honestly don't remember if this was a co-distill or a blend, maybe habz can say), they open up new paths to explore.

Yes - tiny dab is the way to go with that one.

Swipe of this Hainan Oil (distiller name withheld on request) -

It's like putting a top quality Hainan Sinensis chip on low heat... and wait on those cinnamon, clove and other spices to talk to you.... and when u think thats it .... this is all the oil has to offer... u start getting whiffs of bittersweet kinamic nuances...

the viscosity is semi thick perfect for beast longevity.

This is a top level distillation with very high grade Hainan Sinensis in my humble opinion..

If you don’t mind my asking, why in the world would a distiller not want their name mentioned in someone’s post? Afraid it would be a negative review? Top secret oud? Random oud online drama?

Haha .... I have no idea why he was adamant he doesnt want to be mentioned .... no top secret or special Oud... may be he has a NDA with some company he supplies oils to ... which can land him in trouble...

Al Shareef Malek al Malayzi - one fat juicy Malaysian oud, great depth and tenacity. Very nice harmonization of a variety of nuances I associate with Borneo and Malaysia.

On the other arm I have oudimentary’s “CFO” or Cambodian fine oud from maybe 2007 or so.

Have any of you sampled this oil? I would appreciate your impressions of how it relates to other cambodi oud oils (a category I have little experience with).
