Just Had a cheeky swipe of Hainan Imperiale by Imperial Oud

Very pleased I got this after seeing Faheem sell the last two grams recently lol. What more can be said about this that hasn’t been said already.... bitter, green, herbal & resting upon a bed of only slightly sweet honey. Just perfection, pure perfection MashaAllah

Was going through my samples and stumbled upon this beautiful oud from ASO. A very unique and exceptionally high quality oud oil. You would be forgiven for thinking you are smelling an extremely clean Hindi in the opening, it has that light smokey vibe to start[emoji108]. It then transitions into one of the most dense Chinese oils I’ve come across. Incredibly unique and as usual very high quality from ASO. I hope I am blessed with a full bottle of this in my future InshaAllah [emoji120] Yunnan by ASO.... I’ve heard others mention the Hindi thing too which I’m pleased about as I thought I was going mad [emoji1787][emoji23][emoji23]

Went for the “economical “Laos tonight
Not to strong nor does it last to long but......
I really like it for what it is. Clean (zero barn) with a nice green vibe, kind of a back walnut scent to open and a nice forest finish, a slight waxy undertone but not overbearing.
Great “economical” oil , I say economical and not commercial because it’s cheap like commercial oils but is clean and not funk forward or smell like it came from a swamp or had the pot cooked to hot or any of the other off things we all hate about commercial oud.
This is a solid economical Laos

Hind by ASO for me tonight- Sometimes I have to remind myself this isn’t a wild oil. A stunning organic Hindi oud..... This one has a very slight nod to barn in the opening that Hindi lovers will enjoy combined with a nice bit of charred smoke, I also get a slightly earthy & bitter dark chocolate vibe in the dry down [emoji108][emoji3590] heaven MashaAllah. My wife isn’t too impressed though [emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji108]

This message goes out to the total oud newbie who has never tried oud before. Here is your chance! The first one to pm me a message will get a selection of oud oils that i don't use anymore. Don't expect too much, they are all samples left with tiny residue of oils but a bit of alcohol will work wonders.

So be the first one to sent me a private message and i will make a small package out to you for free. It is my first time posting oils so lets hope your package arrivés safely and all import tariffs and taxes of your country are at your costs!

Enjoy

EO Port Jaya v2

Reminds me of Kaliman Kala
minus the deep creamy base
and add airy tops a la Sumatra.

A smokey oil genre for sure
chock full of notes
without any dominating.

Very oudy at the heart.

If I smelled a blind sample of PJV2
I would be stumped between
Borneo, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
