Jinkoh Store Emperor Guan Yu
One spritz of EO Private Blend

Wearing Guan Yu in the advent of Hainan Qi. Guan Yu is such an absolute delight to the senses. It's one of those rare times for me as a perfume enthusiast when I smell something and I don't want it to change. Luckily, Guan Yu stays quite linear satisfying my soul with that strong honey note.

Habzoud Cambodi Smoke

Quite similar to Altawas,
more viscous,
and to me it’s mildly smokey,
considering I light incense daily,
this might affect my perception of smoke.

It has a friendly smokiness and incense, not harsh or burnt.

Sale or no sale, both oils are a good buy IMO.

Wearing Craft Oud’s Garo Hills today

Excellent representation of Hindi Agarwood. Complex and nuanced. The opening is pure spicy amber. None of the fresh hay or honey like most new gen Hindi’s. Concentrated “mind buzz” notes from dense sesquiterpenes. Strong tenacity. Black tea leaves in the drydown. Melon notes as well.

Please someday briefly describe the symbols present in your take. It will be fun and to know about oils through symbols.
Oh sorry ^^ i didn’t know that my symbols are not available to everyone :/
I use my IPhone to do that …
Maybe better to take pictures of it 🙂
Thank you dear Rai Munir to told me my mistake ^^

[Ouddict.com] Oud of the Day

Hello dear friends, it's been a long time since I've been active on this forum (only a few of the golden oldies might remember me 😛)...

Today celebrating the evening with a walla oil on one hand and a really fine sandalwood by Ziyad on the other...this one is labelled LT but I think it is a version of SAO30 for those who know his work.

The walla is giving me the classic deep green algae notes, the top notes have melded into the heart, giving the blue-green a slight golden tinge.

The sandalwood is replete with my absolute favourite note in sandalwood oil: the white note. Very rare, and almost impossible to find in Ceylon sandals, which usually have a warm ambergris top. Breathtakingly serene... 🙂 Wishing all my friends a blessed and fragrant day!
