Habz Ghazal 2

I never paid attention to this one but this was included as a sample with my order. What an oil.

Starts off with thin vaporous top notes with a slight bitter vibe. Then leaps into a highly incense(y) mid and dry down.

I get a green note somewhere deep down, very similar to hyacinth. Superb dry down with musk green leather vibe.

Some of the darker aspects make this very close to some of the new age Hindi oils.

A very good oil, in my books.

The Oud Lab Lao Xiang. A darkling compliment-getter. Not sure of the provenance. Not all his Lao-named oils are from Laos proper.
Lao means old in Chinese.
Lao Shan (Old Mountain)
Lao Xiang ( Old Wood)
Both are cousins, wild aged (Over 10 years now) from a mountainous area in South Thailand, bordering Malaysia. Hence the old malaysian dark profile hues 🙂

Enjoy brother

thank you my friend, I just sent him a DM with whatsapp
Abu is a wonderful brother on here and his oils showcase his love for all things Oud. Especially at the price points he’s selling this stuff. To me Borneo Kin is close to the 2019 Borneo 3K but it’s definitely it’s own thing. You’ll get creamy vanilla and green florals, powdery woods and oakmoss. Very, very nice oil.

HabzOud Zamarad 2

The picture Habib selected for this oil is absolutely fitting.
Pristine, Green, Sheen. Fresh green aspects like lemony frankincense and ginger beer/ale. Which ultimately dries down to slightly green resinous oud. The only thing I would ask from Zamarad 2 is more base longevity. Beautiful distillation, regardless.
Another oil from Habz that I loved. I must say, current offerings are diverse and has something for everyone.

Blended Zamarad 2 with my homemade fragrance-free beard wax/balm. Tremendous 😵
