Yes indeed....you have some big hitters in there.....certainly makes for a beautiful Oudh day....🙏
Enjoy...

Just swiped some jinkoh store emperor of brunei and kyara ltd from ensar. Both very impressive! Emperor of Brunei is out of this world oceanic-blue/white flowery and I get wafts of room temp mixed wild kinams faintly in the mix and it. This oil is very reminiscing of Ralph Lauren Polo Sport but inn an extremely natural way. The kyara ltd so far I am getting hayish slightly smoky purple incense and it is slowly starting to transform!

Hello Oudfellows,
It is has been six months since I bought "Ghazal II" from Habzoud.
I feel like it's only now that I'm accessing some of its tones. Spectacular...!
I highly recommend you to try this oil!
Greetings,
Aleata

Good way to give yourself a head spin 😇

When smelling things it is a bit like touching things, they leave traces on your olfactory senses and in the airspace around you. For some fragrant matter like musk, rose, Oudh they will have affected the air in the room you are in, the moment you unbottle/uncap them. Having multiples of them or combinations of them will create like a blend.

In this regard I give to the Japanese they are extremely respectful with how they study scents, and they try to space them out by having a divider, whether that is a neutralizing scent or clearing the air.

of course I will take my time with each alone! it was just the first day meet with these. at some point i was wearing all 10 of them believe it or not. they got to know each other as well much faster than i will meet and understand each. i always swipe all the oils from receiving them

.............big dot of kyara ltd...........slightly bigger dot of sultani 1975.........touching eachother....mixed together on skin with a glass rod.........🤯🤯🤯🤯.............about 30minutes in. impatiently waiting for the drydown. has me thinking of mixing the two together in one vial...maybe add a bit of musk also or white ambergris and get back to it a couple months later

Today's swipe is EO Sri Supreme. Fresh and clean Walla patta. Fuming, oceanic with a tinge of orange somewhere. My only other srilankan oil is people's silani, compared to which this oil is so clean, not-at-all-fruity.

Borneo reborn - my first try of this region. Is this oud? It's like freshly pulled out grass roots, green moss on damp rotting log. I can get an equivalent experience with my oakmoss and patchouli oils. Borneo is not my cup of tea I guess. Does the Borneo kin or EO Borneo3000 smell similar to this?
Eo b3k doesn't have that grass root scent.

EO Bois de Borneo

Chose to swipe this today and by coincidence saw the post about freshly pulled out grass roots, I do get a tiny bit of that note in BdB, but much more so the oudy resin with a touch of medicinal. The Berries, Flowers, and Vanilla are there too, but not buckets full.

The ouddie force is strong in this one Luke😀

Accidental dab of ejayb cultivated kinam oil on the tip of my nose. Today it had a rich deep floral honey note, like a blend of oud oil and butterfly bush (Buddleia) very well tied together

Oh man… lucky me today it is a dab of olefaktory’s green Malaysian. I was transported back a decade or so… smells pretty dang dignified for a recent distillation I think.

Color is olive green, top notes are just classic “green gaharu” indo/Malay vibe. Bright and forward top notes, smooth and syrupy supporting heart. This oil brings to mind oils from a decade ago or more - one green indonesian oil, another Aceh distillation - don’t know enough to guess about species but it is tasty stuff and feels like something from the days of old.

Haven’t had it long enough to comment on the base.
