Personally I have tested certain fushigi oils and I know the oriscent oils from 2005/2010 well and the oriscent oils are far superior.

I read on the forum that Oriscent's Kyara Kountan was identical to Fushigi's Hainan, which is not true in my humble opinion.
The kyara kountan was much deeper and stronger.
When it dried, it left a wonderful smell that you don't find in fushigi.

Second, most fushigi oils have been distilled recently unlike older oriscent oils.

Then if you're talking about the new cheap ensar oils, maybe I don't know them.

But when we see the royal kinam, kyara ltd, Bornéo sheikh and all these oils which have made the reputation of Ensar we really cannot say that the fushigi oils arrive at this level and from very far behind.

However, these remain beautiful Taiwanese type oils and for what is on the market these days it is rare to have this quality.

Wa Llah a'lem
I am guessing they are still high grade oils? And when Ensar said on the video about him not seeing any wood from them but "bucket loads" of oil coming out, but, "WHERE IS THE WOOD????", then I am sorry Ensar but it is as easy as going on instagram and looking at Fushigi and the E-oud (Seifu) and there is tons of posts on both of very high grade wood.

Are the Taiwanese oils, Fushigi/E-oud, in YOUR opinion, still very high quality? Because that is all I hear about them, being very, very good and clean. And they are for sure cheaper than OScent. I am buying 0.25g of Brunei Kyara/Kyere (which should last a while as I am guessing they are potent and I have quite a collection anyway so dont need to use them everyday, which I dont with any oils I have ever had, 0.25g of high grade, top shelf oils can go a long way) from them for just £140 ($177-180USD) which is a much better price than OScent, and sure you dont get the aging that you get with OScent but you can definitely get some 0.25g bottles, see what ones you like the most, get a 2 grams of your favourite and put a gram away for 2-3 years, or 5-8 years if you really want. Although I don't know where this crazy ass world will be in even 2025 🤣🤣🤣.

1/2 gram of Myitkyina 4K should be arriving later today! It coming in this classic gold covered bottle and an empty v-vial for me to transfer into.

I was wondering if you guys had any tips on transferring oils from bottle to bottle with minimal spillage? I don’t have any pipettes at home unfortunately and would most likely just turn the bottle over upside down and do the “pour and pray” method. Any tips would be appreciated.

I only transfer by the "Freepour" method" as I find it less wasteful then using an instrument.
Best done in a state free of alcohol or any other substances. Rest both elbows on a firm table top. I am right handed, so I hold the empty bottle in my left hand and pour using my right hand.. Use your index finger of your left hand for steadying the pourng bottle by the neck held in your right hand. Once al the oil is poured, what I do then is place the now empty bottle directly on the bottle just filled on a table awat from any vibrations and let any remaining oil pour in by gravity. For this last purpose, I usually clasp it in a clothes peg for extra stability.
All the best withh it.

Thank you for the detailed breakdown, the hand placement directions will certainly help a lot for my uncoordinated self. The clothes peg is a great idea too, I was wondering what would be a good way to have stability for the last few drop transfer. I appreciate it so much brother!🙏

When the oil has finished free pouring, just move the neck of the now nearly empty bottle to rest on the bottle in your left hand and osmosis grabs the rest. So glass neck to glass neck before standing it upright.

Pipettes suck the oil gets stuck to the walls especially if it's thick , best method is to pour straight from the bottle

When I pour oils from a vessel to another vessel I always turn the bottle so that the threads have the tall gap without the thread is the area that I pour down so that none of the oil gets caught in the threads.

If you turn the bottle with the oil in it you'll see that thread start at a certain area and then there's a gap right where they start that's the area that I used to pour across just to try to keep it from getting in the threads.

I also have this sticky stuff that's used to hang up posters that I used to secure the bottles on the counter to keep them from slipping sliding or tipping.

Pipettes can retain some oil so straight from bottle to bottle for me.

Thank you all for the advice! I’ll be attempting this feet hopefully later tonight after work if it arrives🙏

I couldn't hold off any longer and put in my order for these bottles yesterday. Definitely some fun there. Nice score with the Mysore as well! Have you ever heated it before?

Kangiiten's 1gram of (high grade) Wild Sinking Sumatora/Sumatra, mainly for Monkoh on either heaters or traditional Kodo method (would be nearly just as blasphemous to put this directly on coal as kyara), and 10g Wild Merauke Double Super.
