Smells so Oud
Habzoud - Gaharu Uno. Really love the salty notes in this crystalline clean oud. Definitely makes me feel like number 1.😁
❤️ 🙏Speaking of @SULAYM, I ordered the new 3 batch and am excited!
Here I got:
Dusk Musk - 1ml
Elysium - 1ml
HM Sultan Qaboos Burmi 1979 - .25ml
Ka'bah 1990 HM Sultan Qaboos - sample
Legitimately I went on the site to find that sample. So sad it's not on sale. Thank you for the extra on the Dusk Musk sir! What a mesmerizing scent. Elysium is spot on! It reminds me of a smell from my teenage years in a wood instrument shop. Burmi 1979 definitely gets me sniffing my wrists, but let me tell you...ka'bah 1990 wow what an awesome sample. It is addicting! Looking forward to the new batch.
Appreciate you @SULAYM
yes! it has been very interesting to experience a really high-end freshly distilled crassna oil. Eye opener for me...Vietking @mesOUD today
deep red , sharp and kinamic with a short lived numbing effect if sniffed deep.
will always hold a special place.
standing tall right next to the old gems from the region of Vietnam.
that is perhaps the most interesting end educating thing about the oil. Until this, the legendary oils like Nha Trang etc were sold as vintage oils and one could only imagine how they would have been when they were distilled. Vietking is like seeing a birth and then witnessing it grow towards greatness. I agree with you. We are all aging; how wonderful it is to age with our favourite oud oils.exactly.
I totally respect the science and art of maturing oils, and can respect a vendor who decides to wait until certain notes change.
I also love the fact that the quality of the @mesOUD distillations are so superb that there is really no need for any waiting period - the quality speaks for itself at all points along the path, and this whole additional layer of information and experience becomes available with the immediate release. I feel a little bit more engaged with the oils and their story, because I'm involved in it.
And that is not some fanboy effort to ingratiate myself to Mehmet. I've smelled "a lot" of oud, there's zero doubt that these things are absolutely fantastic right out of the gate.
Today i swiped some from YAVUZ(soul of Laos) to see how it is ageing foundVietking @mesOUD today

Was glad to see your review of myitkyina - this matches my impression, I was wondering how other people would perceive itFaizal Privee Samples:
Malay Ultime - sparkling crystalline opening with many colors. It reminds me of purple Malay and the florals from Habzouds Rostrara. Immediately this is a unique oil. It then dries down to a leathery traditional vintage Malay. Bizarre oil.
Burmese Ember 92 - this an oil for vintage Burmese lovers. Not as much barn as Burmese No 1 from Sulaym but has the same DNA. Deep deep incense, slight smoke, leather. Very balanced. Dry down is very good and smooth. It’s not super loud but it has vintage character.
Myitkyina - it’s like a hybrid between a sweet crassna oil and traditional Burmese. Fruits. Leather. Incense. Crowd pleaser. Aged.
Definitely interested in hearing about Adghal as well. As an Oud heavy attar it sounds fantastic.I'm excited to test out @Habz786 oils 🙏
I'm getting my hands on
Ramah 3g
Adghal 3g
Oud sample pack
I've only seen love on Ramah and Adghal so without researching the ouds I went all in.
To be continued on my thoughts of all 12
