Dr B1414
True Ouddict
EO Oud Salahuddin
AA Khmer Rosso
These two are endgame Cambodi oils for me. Old wood, pre-fruity Crassnas. No leather, no tobacco, no fruit, no funk. Incredibly "ancient smelling" and dusty. I imagine if the tree oozed resin and it got petrified on the bark for centuries, it'd smell like this. Deep, resinous smell, dark-red, dusty, like an old cellar or wooden attic. Tacky in texture. With a fine incense smoke accord running through and a green-mentholated cooling sensation that tingles the nose. Salahuddin is more intricate and abounds in dark smoke. Rosso is a tad sweeter, and the smoke is less noticeable. Maybe one day I'll try to get my hands on more of this type of Cambodi oils. I imagine Ko Kon is in this vein also. Never cared much for Cambodi oils, but this DNA is something else.
