Manzar Oud - Wild Naga

Small Review
:
The Wild Naga Oud is truly awesome! The packaging is beautifully done, and I really appreciate the unique traditional design—it gives the whole presentation a special character.

Now, coming to the main part: the oud oil itself. Wild Naga Oud is one of those artisanal-grade oils that feels remarkably clean and refined for a Hindi oud. It opens with a beautiful honeyed sweetness, almost reminiscent of wildflower honey, along with a pleasant kharmuj(muskmelon)-like fruity nuance.

What I find especially interesting is how it combines a certain lightness and airiness with a sizzling, high-toned character, while still maintaining a noticeable agarwood depth underneath. It has a touch of high-toned toughness to it—not in an ugly or harsh way, but in a beautifully rugged and lively manner.

There is also a lovely citrusy and balsamic after-effect that adds another layer of complexity and keeps the scent feeling fresh and vibrant. Overall, it is a very well-crafted, clean, characterful artisanal Hindi oud with a beautiful balance between sweetness, fruitiness, brightness, and agarwood depth.

I haven't worn Oud for two weeks! Our daughter was born 10th August 6.13am.

I promised Habzoud I would wear Aljannah Finale during her birth, and I did. Perfect oils for such an occasion.

It's been two weeks already! My wife didn't want Oud near our newborn for at least two weeks and that time is up😂

She has now gone for a rest and tonight, its me Our baby and Purple Sultan SQ.
My daughters first oud experience will be an SQ oil that I cannot get enough of 😂

[Ouddict.com] Oud of the Day

Salam alaykum everyone.

Today, I'm talking to you about Fleur d'Assam by @SamiterkiW . It is truly an exceptional oil, which easily places itself in the top 3 Indian ouds I've ever smelled.

If you are looking for a luminous oud that fuses floral delicacy with refined gourmandise, you must discover Fleur d'Assam by @SamiterkiW .

Notes:
Peony
White flowers
Vanilla bean
Resin
Maple syrup

Review:
The opening is absolute freshness, both sparkling and captivating. From the application, you are struck by airy white flower notes, evoking a wild peony in the middle of a field, carried by very luminous and vibrant white nuances.

Quickly, a rounder texture settles in with a soft, intimate vanilla bean. The whole thing is enriched by a fine resinous note in the background, as well as an enveloping, almost honeyed facet that delicately recalls the warm roundness of maple syrup. It is a perfect balance between air, sap, and gourmandise. A pure wonder.

Yaaseen - bodhi bodhi

Don't remember the details but this is a 202x Thai oil IIRC, it is clean and green woody smooth a bit grassy. Honey sure and mild tingly up the nose but not a lot. I like this when I want something light in the morning. Some nice green-tea like notes as it dries. Really nice with a cup of light roast coffee or tea.

Kinana Scents - Mekong (sample)

This is a Laotian Oud 2018 vintage. It’s characterized by a strong “Barny Rubble” and wheel of stinky cheese opening. After the barn settles, it is sort of nutty, cheesy, and milky, not really my style but nice to contrast every now and then.
