EO Port Jaya

This to me seems like a blend and not a co-distilled oil. I may be wrong.

Nonetheless it's a good oil with New Guinea overshadowing the Malinau profile.

Rising Phoenix's "Bija Hainan" - a suuuuper thick, sweetend smell with this dense feel behind it all. Fantastic stuff. Hard to apply though - have to make tiny "dots" on my hand by dabbing the end of the applicator - it's too thick to spread on skin easily.

On the other hand is Tyson's Vajood Ambergris, fantastic - very airy/baby breath type of smell.

It's good for me to have these on early to assess their performance better than when I wear at night!

wow that sandalwood/ambergris is RIDICULOUSLY long lasting. We're looking at 14hrs+ here folks, including an hour's bike ride where I had gloves on - and post-shower is very faintly noticeable. I mean it's not exactly a strong scent, but present.
Unfortunately the oud only lasted 6-7hrs before becoming very very hard to pick up on.

For the next hour or two before bed I have swiped on Al Hashimi's Ateeq - quite tame for a Hindi based on recent Hindi experiences....hmm.
Other hand is LMK's Malay Cola - two huge swipes...probably 8-10x the amount as the AH sample :Roflmao:
dense, fizzy deep oudiness through and through - this stuff if super strong for an hour or two and then gets quite tamed.

shame I won't see these to the drydown as I'll be asleep - I suspect a trace of the Malay may linger when I wake up but most of the time the oils are gone
