Swipe of EO China Sayang on left arm and AA Cintaku on the other. I’ve worn these two oils side by side twice now, and the combo is a phenomenal “unwinding cocktail”. One has a great grounding effect although it smells not so great to others (C. Sayang) and the other has a mind-numbing effect and smells incredible.

I considered this though just now. Some people come home and pour a nice glass of (insert any libation here) and it costs them maybe $20 USD or so. I bet these two small swipes cost me less than that if you do the math, and the resulting effect is waaaaaaayyyyyy better, to me, than having a couple glasses of Scotch, Wine or Bourbon.

IO Sason Sungsud, a beautiful Laotian that opens with strong animalics and some cheese , before arriving at the spice kitchen. This is a Top 5 treat for me. I keep returning to my Laotians. Maybe a trip over there post CV will be in order?

Other hand is a Burmese straight from a distiller. 30 minutes of offensive smoke and fish followed by nice fruity spices. Relaxing.

Received my new Agar Aura delivery today thanks to Almighty.

So like a child I went on a sampling spree since morning

First Siam4K (unreleased) later at night Lao4K (unreleased)

Will let these oils settle some more before I will write my thoughts on them.

But first impressions are these will be developing into insane oils ....

Looking forward to your thoughts on these. AA are always interesting oils.

If you've tried etrugrul, b3k, or even Fahad (I know this is Sri Lankan) how does it compare? I hear white anything and my mind thinks light aroma.... For the money would etrugrul serve in it's place as similar enough?
hey brother if you can give me a time to compare again with b3k since i got it for sister long ago
but from what i can tell from the profile b3k is red this one orange and loud on application with bitterness its so clear amazing malinau with nice mind buzz, its more similar to AA royal Malinau thatn B3k minus the signutre of both ORI/AA
i'll need more time with it since i did one swipe only and currently sick so x.x
hope i was helpful

@zeedubbya - big shout out, thanks for the kilatan bottle!

Edit - first sample tried is AH oil called lindaraja. At first I was shocked at how thin is oil is - thin like water. But the aroma is epic! Light and airy Papua - green but also yellow. ZERO smoke. It has this unmistakable resin smell that you'd get from smelling high grade Papua chips or maruake chips on extremely low heat - floral to some degree but also super clean and mildly fuzzy. The green is like that smell of morning dew and 10am sunshine on oak tree leaves. Sweet and green. Kinda the same style of distillation I've seen in some of the kodo stuff lmk has done - ie gyrinops 1. Doesn't last too long is my only gripe.

AA sample - pamapera - which at first I thought was cambodi but find out it's Thai. Reminded me a lot of muhib until I tried side by side and muhib has a more nutty extract note. Both hyper clean. Also has similarities with qazah and even tian long. Really nice sweet moist clear light blue aroma to my nose.

Jerai I'll save for tomorrow. Off the cap though it's a totally different thing than these other 2 - instant memory of a shoe coblers shop lol. We shall see on skin Manana

My pleasure! I know you had raved about Kilatan quite a lot, and even though I enjoyed it, I figured it would be better off in your possession. Also—you nailed that LindaRaja. It’s prob. The best value oil i have received so far. Seriously, anyone should hop over, and pick some up. Wild Papuan that cheap? No brainer. Enjoy those AA samples. @Dean introduced me and I felt I should pay forward some.

Today my Oud was 2015 Borneo3000 . Excellent Oud. Very nice. Glad I have it.

My pleasure brother, I forewarned you this adventure with oud would be a long one haha.

i have both white kinam and ertugrul and i can tell you that ertugrul is a beast for the price, especially when it’s on sale. It lacks the high end punch of WK but certainly echoes the same notes just a bit quieter. For me WK and other Oriscent oils are quite engaging and stimulating so I can’t really where them unless I’m in that head space where as ertugrul is a great daily, anytime oud. Lastly I am quite surprised so many are sleeping on this oil is there is nothing in that price bracket that can compare.
