Cultivated Kinam oil by Olefaktory
Very bitter - it's rather quiet to my nose, not projecting massively but I did first swipe a frankincense/kinam oil that he'd also sent - and took some massively deep whiffs of that, so I guess there's a crossover/scent interplay going on.

Shall keep smelling the back of my hands like a weirdo during work (in an office) - I do anyway, no care in the world as to what people think of me! I apply in plain sight anyway and have a bunch of toothpicks on my desk for doing so 😅

/edit - it has a sorta clove smell, like a dentist's office
/edit2 - also it's not quiet anymore! 😅

How do you like Blue Malay? Seems like it’s not for everyone.
I actually quite like it!
It is very unique but on some days it seems to me like there is not much going on ... sometimes I only get that menthol like ice bonbon thing from start to end (which is quite unique but a little boring). Maybe the temperature does a lot on that one because sometimes there is quite the opposite going on regarding the complexity and scent development.

Aroha Kyaku LTD by EO:
Not my cup of tea. Smoke or whatever it is in its top notes is less sophisticated.

This sample vial is with me since 2017 or 2018, but I couldn't create affinity with this oil, better say 'aroha' tone.

Waseem Lab Series by Yaaseen llc.

Oud Yaseen (Crasanna Oil), santal album co2 sandalwood, deer musk, white ambergris, siam benzoin, cedarwood.

The first thing I smell is Oud Yaseen. But here, this has turned into much sweeter and smooth like vanilla may be due to benzoin. The Ambergris and musk play a good role in further enhancing this smell and I believe this attar will be a great deal after aging. That's the reason the musk grains are left inside the bottle.

For those who are unfamiliar with Oud Yaseen here is the thread https://www.ouddict.com/threads/oud-yaseen-from-the-house-of-yaseen.3688/#post-69813
