i see on his page the terms “oud fat” and “oud paint”—- I’ve seen this before. What do those terms equate to? Is oud fat simply oud oil? What about paint?

Yes, fat means oil, in Arabic 'dehn' also means fat / oil.

Not sure what is 'paint' there.. can u copy tht Arabic term here please

it translated Dehn to paint, we here call it Dehn mostly, if he were calling it "زيت" it would have translated to oil

Well I am going to do some research and maybe there's a way to find out where some of these oils ended up. If anyone knows anything that might help please mention it.

I do believe Elixir Attar has a bunch of these kinds of oils. Much cheaper as well but still top shelf pricing. Hit up Ahmed and see what he has! I’ve been told these rival what Ensar put out and are from a similar stash.

Habzoud Altamsah

A Malay / Borneo co-distill from earlier this year. Opens with a gentle salty peanut note, which evolves into a candied beer nut, and finally cherry cola. Fizzes up and explodes up your nostrils with frankincense-y lemon-lime. I call this note 'McDonald's Sprite' because of how intense and invigorating it is - fast food junkies will know that McDonald's soda fountains give even Perrier a run for its money in terms of effervescence. Dries down to a light lemon grass and golden sugar, paired with spicy candied ginger / ginger beer. I loved this oil when I first got it, and it's only improving with age.

I'm not really a blockchain or crypto guy, but I think it could be cool if there's an enterprising person in the Gulf who could leverage BC to create a verification standard for usecases like this.

well tbh, all of sells matters of trust between sellers and buyers, as many things can't be verified by customers most of time.

The craftsmanship of the bottles and cord is telling. Spectacular presentations fit for a Highness. Harkens back to the days of coffers in leather morocco and ground glass stoppers and proper gilding. When the contents are honorable, so must the container be too.

Craft Oud - Borneo King

Oud Lab - Borneo Kin

Both of these are the best oils I’ve smelled this year. They give me the most pleasure and comfort in an oil next to Olefaktory’s MXL

Borneo King is like the older more incense driven brother to Kin. Whereas Kin displays more creamy florals and green woods. Both showcase an excellent powdery oakmoss drydown. These oils absolutely hit above their weight.

Craft Oud and Oud Lab are the answer to folks wanting full spectrum oils that are unique and powerful.
