Lucky oud - Tamenglong

Sweet green fruits
Opening heavy on incense and fruits( jackfruit, banana etc)
Hindi leather
Highly resinous, heavy aged resin on a slow heat
Tamarind tartness
Dry hay
Molasses

If i didn't know better i would say the opening is similar to a Thai oil from Ensar. But rest of the journey is impossible for a crassna. This is 100% Manipuri.

This is world's apart from Meiti2006, another Manipuri oil which is mostly yellow, dry sunshine, hay etc only a touch of fruit.

@The Oud Lab - Hutan Hijau

This is a light bodied oil with an insane amount of detail. Very little fruit - the base hints of green mossiness and tree bark, on top of which a silvery fire dances like an aurora, sending shimmering vapours up to the heavens. Many colours appear and vanish like light glittering through a gemstone, but no single colour dominates. The fire is ethereal, it does not burn or give heat, but cools the mind and brings clarity. A deeply meditative oil.

The top vapors assert themselves for about
20 minutes then the show begins.
Resinous, fruity, incensy (not smokey), and oudy at the moment.
The red berries should pop pretty soon,
that’s my favorite part.

Incense Hirta oil 2021 from Oud SG from Muhammad Hakim! It is very beautiful Malaysian oil. I am getting a spicy cinnamon-sweet candy cola which turns a bit woody and the dry down turns into a beautiful earthy spicy Papua resin. Smells Identical to the Papua I got from Japan and extracted the resin. Very beautiful oil 10/10. I don't know if I will keep it because I am wood obsessing...we shall see. I am definitely keeping an eye on Oud SG tho!

Hindi Jadeed 1- Nagaland

I don’t usually apply my own oils unless if I’m making an order and a drop or two leaks. However, today I felt like this oud was calling me 😅. I really appreciate the work of the distiller who made such an oud that is very bright, clean and as if I’m smelling a wood chip on a sub.

Sproats if only you were within swiping distance I'd nail you with tiniest hair pin prick of The Oud Lab's mysterious sublime Cambodi Musk. I've never come close to an oil with such mind blowing OOMPH. It would blow your socks off, or make you suddenly entirely hairless . Hope you are ok. Your energy seems low. Take care. bro honestly, I am obsessed with woods. I like oils, the problem is I always find some woods that make me sell my oils. I wish I had the power to have both oils and woods but most of the time I sell my oils to buy more wood. This one is gorgeous and it would be a quick sale I imagine so I am tempted because I have found again some more wood I want haha

They still smell the same and amazing, may be less vaporous. The profile is still intact.

I'm good thanks, my energy is regular! I go off/on with oud, I've not bought much recently but I look at my collection and its cost and I think it'd have been better spent elsewhere. I have a lot. A whole load!
